Building Together Canterbury on the Lake - Facility Addition & Renovations

Continue trench footings at interior walls

PM Summary

Monthly Funny

Project Activity is Ramping Up! The Memory Care & Health Center projects are starting to ramp up activity. Despite wintery conditions, foundations are underway for the Memory Care building. We’ve been employing traditional cold weather protections, which includes a ground thaw system to remove frost and insulated blankets to protect thawed ground as well as constructed foundations. For the Health Center, the Trellis between the Leas and Health Center entries has been removed. We are beginning the Rehab addition foundations, continuing on Phase 1 (Rehab Area) and beginning Phase 2 demolition. We’re wrapping up Phase 1A, awaiting a Bureau of Fire Safety inspection and some possible color changes. Best regards, Brad Frey, Senior Project Manager bradf@elzinga-volkers.com
