Project Update While the weather continues to get colder, the crews on the project exterior continue to push forward. Vos Glass has started installing the west curtain wall system. Since they started framing last week, they have over 905 frames in place and are getting the system ready for the glass. We have also started receiving deliveries of the composite metal panels for the east elevation. AMI and Bouma Corporation are working together to install the weather barrier on the east elevation and the composite panels. Bouma is also wrapping up the main canopy framing. Sheathing installation started this week, which will allow AMI to scan it for fabrication purposes.
On the interior of the building we have multiple temporary heaters running to keep the temperature in the 45-55째 F range. G3 Technologies needs to maintain these temperatures for their pedestal adhesive to work. G3 has made significant progress on floors 2 and 3, and they will be ready to move down to the 1 st floor in the next week. With G3 moving along well, the pressure is on our MEP trades to keep moving and readying the lower two levels. Everyone has met this challenge head-on and is preparing the space faster than expected. All the trades continue to work precisely and have a great attitude under the stress of the timelines we are all under. Thank you for your hard work, and Happy Holidays!

Project Forecast With the holidays upon us, we will be working back-to-back short weeks but with everyone on-site pushing their tasks as if we had a full work week. On the exterior of the building, Vos Glass will be finishing the west elevation frames and getting them ready for glass. The first delivery of glass for this elevation is scheduled for January 9 of the new year, and we will continue to receive shipments and install over the following weeks. The west curtain wall alone has over 400 pieces of glass! In addition, AMI will install composite panels along the perimeter of the building. AMI will also be scheduling a 3rd party company to come to the job-site and digitally scan the main canopy for fabrication purposes.
On the interior of the building, under-floor MEPs will continue to proceed and should be coming to a close shortly after the new year. They will then follow behind Ritsema Associates with the in-wall rough-ins. Ritsema has started installing metal studs on floors 2 and 3 and will continue to do so for the next couple weeks. This will be the main focus on the schedule because the MEP and access flooring trades have all built up their task momentum. The metal stud installation will soon follow soon, and EV is working closely with Ritsema to ensure we are meeting milestones.
