Project News

From The Ground Up The new building addition is well underway and on schedule. The excavating, underground work, and exterior framing is complete. All trade contractors have been working hard on framing the interior walls, which is about 95% finished. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in is also on schedule, and expected to be approved on December 29. Storage containers are also in place as we prepare to begin the next phases of construction.

The Look Ahead

Over the next couple of weeks we will be working specifically on Phase 1, the new addition. The exterior stucco finish will be applied and completed.

Meanwhile, interior wall insulation will be installed and then drywall will be hung. Finally, the exterior window framing and glass will be installed, giving the exterior a great look.
