Welcome to On Location

The sound of hammers hitting nails will start soon at Seymour CRC. We, at Elzinga & Volkers, would like to introduce to you, On Location, our regular construction newsletter. Over the next few months, this newsletter will be used to inform you on the current progress of your project and upcoming milestones for the construction team. We will periodically highlight team members and project partners. Current project photos will give you a “peek inside� the construction areas. We hope that this newsletter will be helpful and also be something you look forward to reading. So, now that you are properly introduced, please enjoy the first issue of On Location!

Executive Summary The Design Development Documents were completed

by Elevate Studios on May 25. We updated the project budget with the new information and presented the new budget to the Seymour Construction Team on June 6.

We will continue to work on the plans with Seymour’s Construction Team and Elevate Studios over the next few months to finalize all the details. After plans are complete we will have Construction Documents then we will go out for bids to various trades and vendors as well as submit these plans to the township for approval and permits. The process is going very well and we’re all excited to start construction.
