We’ve gotten past the early difficulties of added asbestos abatement and hidden conditions that were slowing progress. Future phases

should begin smoothly as we now know where the hidden problems are located. Phase 1 is rapidly taking shape thanks to the efforts of Mike, our Field Manager, and to several of our trade partners. We have the new parking lot configuration open and have closed down site work for the season. The team has low voltage issues understood and resolved.

Cold Weather Protection

Prolonged exposure to freezing or cold temperatures may cause serious health problems such as trench foot, frostbite, and hypothermia. In extreme cases, including cold water immersion, exposure can lead to death. Danger signs include uncontrolled shivering, slurred speech, clumsy movements, fatigue, and confused behavior. If these signs are observed, call for emergency help. Hang in there – the cold weather will end soon!

TEAM SPOTLIGHT Who’s Who On Site

Allied Electric did an amazing job last month switching the electrical service over to our new system. We had a very tight schedule to maintain due to resident and staff requirements. We received compliments from the staff about how impressed they were with the process and how we met all of the time frames that we were given. A big thank you goes to Allied for going above and beyond that day.
