Demolition in studio apartments
Greetings from The Fountains at Bronson Place project site! We are excited to introduce Side By Side, where we will keep you informed and up to date on project progression through a total of three volumes. We hope this newsletter keeps everyone engaged in and excited about the project, even through this temporary disruption to your facility and home. These brief newsletters will start with an executive summary, recapping the project’s progress over the past few weeks. You will also see a few pictures from the project on the left of the newsletter.
Demolition in The Hub
The long-awaited project is now off and running - hammers are banging, and saws are sawing. Footings in the parking garage have been excavated and poured, and temporary barricades
have been installed for protection during construction. Your safety is Elzinga & Volkers’ top priority! Demolition in the new Country Kitchen, six new studio apartments and The Hub is well under way and will culminate with filling the third level in the next few weeks.
