From our last update, the structural supports and floor framing at the 3rd Floor Hub infill has been completed. As you can see, the new 3rd floor Hub dome ceiling is underway, which will be followed by the new dome ceiling on the 2nd floor. Both of these will add a dramatic new look to both floors.

In the Country Kitchen area, we have been concentrating on a significant amount of mechanical and electrical rough-ins. We are working closely with the architect and The Fountains’ staff on final design tweaks that will enhance the look and serviceability of the new kitchen. The six new apartments, three Potier’s and three Pierre’s, are taking shape nicely, and drywall is being hung and finished. A few minor door

enhancements have been made to better help with restroom accessibility. In addition, the new garage level lobby is progressing, and the new glass frame and doors are installed. We are truly sorry about the noise; we are trying to figure out how to quiet down the drywall screw drilling. The next big push will be to finish up all the noisy drywall work so painting can commence along with casework and flooring.
