Well, it’s that time for all you ghouls, globins, witches, warlocks, Vampires, and Zombies to start prowling the clubs and see just what kind of “candy” you can grab and stuff into your sack! Many clubs will have a Halloween type theme planned and others will have a “kinky” version to attend. So, let’s see who’s doing what or who in Metraland! …MICHIGAN Allen Park: BLOSSOMS (313-928-4688), this is the holiday season so get all your floral arrangements for the Holidays at reasonable prices and is the Home of the Rainbow Roses! THUNDERBOWL LANES (313-928-4688), join them for “PRIDE NIGHTS” the first Thursday of each month on Thursday, November 7th from 7pm – midnight. Only $10 entry fee includes private room, private entrance, Billiard room, Meet New Friends, unlimited bowling, shoe rental, drink specials, buffet, great music, and a 250 foot video wall. Also at the Olympus Theatre on the 23rd it’s “TERNION SOUND” and also Thots & Prayers presents “STUFF’T” featuring Paulo Pacheco, Cindel, and DJ Jace. Over at the Eagle, Friday, November 29th “MACHO CITY” Returns, with the areas hottest DJ”s. And on Saturday, November 30th at Menjo’s it’s “Queen-Con” a night of a 1000 Queens. Menjo’s Complex the Everybody Club. Ferndale: SOHO (248-542-7646), is a friendly neighborhood bar with lots of regulars and its right in the heart of downtown Ferndale. They also have some special drinks, and specialty Martinis. Stop in and have a few libations. Grand Rapids: The APARTMENT (616-451-0815), On Thursday, October 31st it’s a special “HALLOWEEN Costume Contest” with ½ off drinks for everyone! Come in costume and you can win one of three cash prizes. Sign up with the judges when you arrive, you must be present to win. Tuesday, November 5th at 8pm it’s “The Little Mermaid Live!” Come and watch the LIVE production on TV starring “Moana” actress, Auli’l Cravalho as Ariel, Queen Latifah as Ursula and Shaggy as Sebastian. Friday, November 22nd the Apartment host “Family Promise Toy Drive” from 5pm – 8pm. They will be collect cash donations as well as unopened toys for Family Promises. On Wednesday, November 27th it’s the “Busiest bar Night: 2019” before doing family stuff for Thanksgiving come and celebrate each others at the busiest drinking night of the year!
