- The ground of the region in general is considered to be superficial physically and visually, and it has some distant plateaus .

- The ground is more inclined to agricultural than rocky .

Irbid's climate is a Mediterranean climate, hot and dry in summer and cold and rainy in winter, where the temperature in summer reaches about 35 degrees Celsius, while in winter it is about 5 degrees Celsius and it may drop to zero degrees Celsius and snow falls rarely, and in the spring the grass grows Green and flowers spread, especially in the valleys and plains ( World Climate 2023)

• The (solid red line) shows the maximum temperature of an average day for every month.

• The (solid blue line) shows the average minimum temperature.

• Hot days and cold nights (dashed red and blue lines) show the average of the hottest day and coldest night of each month of the last 30 years.

- The month with the most daily hours of sunshine is June.

- The month with the fewest daily hours of sunshine in Irbid is January.

5.1 Project structure

 The project structure includes five combinations, as shown in the figure:

5.2 Combinations and Areas requirements

A.Training facilities : This will be the main section of the project that the concept revolves around , which will include 7 units for applied training , such as :

1. Kitchen

2. Tailor & Fashion Space

3. Photographic studio

4. Drawing Section

5. Beauty

6. IT & Programming

7. Handicrafts space

1. Kitchen Unit Components:

- In this field , the project will include an opportunity for Culinary training . In addition to providing spaces for who are already educated the basics, but their hope is to launch their own recipes in cooking .

 There will be 7 spaces for Training and other for Incubating :

A- Lecture space : In this space , After the students have received the theoretical lectures, the applied training begins here , by the trainer or chef who trains them on culinary art , with focus on traditional recipes for seasonal local cuisine . In front of everyone , where the students only listen and watch how to apply, then they move on to the next space to apply what they recieved .

In my Project , will be 20 tranee , for 100 m2

B- Cooking station "Culinary training" : Here begins the practical application for the students themselves under the trainer supervision. Each trainee has a dedicated space in which his oven, preparation table and washing are provided

- these spaces accommodate 8 user with ≈ 115 - 120 m2 .

- The Project will be 10 tranee in the time , for 150 m2

 Also , their will be two spaces of this station , another one for Incubating users . to produce their own cooking .

C- Walk-in freezer : or refrigerated warehouse , In this area , used foor keeping food that needs a freezer or a cold temperature . A space in the middle is left for movement, to bring or put what we need . Minimum of two inches between walk-in walls and building walls to compensates for irregularities in building construction and provides an air space which increases the walk-in’s operation efficiency.

- The area usually ranges from 12

15 m2 .

- The Project will be have 2 spaces , 12m2 area for each .

D- Fridge space : this space is similler to the Walk-in freezer , but the room temperature is lower than it, it does not reach the point of freezing, and it is similar to the regular refrigerator in our homes, but it preserves foods within an entire real area .

- The Project will be 2 Fridge spaces , 12m2 area for each .

E- Food storage , with washing area : This space stores food that is kept at normal room temperature, and doesn't need refrigerators, such as dry food and canned foods, and others. And it designed with washing area, so that any food leaves the storage will washed at the same time , to be moved to the preparation and cooking area .

- The Area of the storage depends on the project size and its’ needs , either have a small one with area of 12 m2 or big one with 60 m2

So The project will have 2 storage with 15 m2 area .

F- Space for Recyclable Packing with computer for editing .

- The Project will have 1 packaging machine with computers for design and print the logo within . With area 150 m2 .

G-Lab for Testing Food .

- For Testing food, sauces and drinks that are under Preparing .

- The Project Include one lab , in 50 m2 .

H-Office :

A small offices will be for 2 trainers , the total area is about 20 m2 .

I- Toilets :

In this unit will be 6 toilet , the total area will be about 30 m2 .

2. Tailor & Fashion space :

- In this field , the project will also include an opportunity for training in sewing, cutting, etc., In addition to providing spaces for fashion designers who are already educated the basics, but the goal is to create their own business in the fashion. " from education and design to manufacturing and marketing " .

A- Classroom “ Sewing Training :

- In the first class, the basics of sewing in all its forms are taught, and the other class is for training students to be fashion designer , to enter the field of design.

- The project will have 2 classrooms , 10 users, per unit with 80 m2 area per unit .

B- Sewing Space for fashion designer :

- To Produce their brand :

 The project will have 5 users with 40 m2 area .

- It will be available in the same space , a small office for each user, in which there is a sketchbook for drawing their ideas , in addition to a tablet in case they prefer digital drawing

C- Tools Storage :

- 2 Storages for the Project with area 32 m2 , another for fashion designers .

D- fabrics Storage :

- 2 Storages for the Project with 40 m2 , “ Another one for fashion designers” .

E- Clothing Factory ;

- In this space , their will be sequential process ;

1- Cutting

2- Dress Pattern

3- Tailoring

4- Ironing

5- Clothing Store .

- All these Process will include in the same space , to accelerate design clothing . So the space area approximately equal 300 m2 .

F- Computer lab for logos with printing corner .

- There will be one computer lap accommodates 5 user with 20 m2

G-Packing space :

- Connecting with computer lab to print a logo within packing .

- The project will has one Packing area , with area of 90 m2

H-Office :

- A small offices will be for 2 trainers , the total area is about 20 m2 .

J- Toilets :

- In this unit will be 6 toilet , the total area will be about 30 m2 .

 Conclusion program : Total area 722 m2 .

3. Photographic studio :

- In Photography section , there's will be an opportunity for training in Photographic and learn about basics of Photography with its Tools .Also , providing spaces for who has an ideas to creating unique cameras with all of kinds to create their own cameras brand business . for example , fully ventilated, solar powered, camera within glasses , and so on .

A.Shooting area with Set-up corner :

- In this space start the process of getting to know the tools required for photography takes place and starting to learn the basics of photography, where there is, first, the Infinity Cave, which is the place where the model stands for photography, and there is also another corner for photography called the set-up corner, but it is dedicated to Objectives, otherwise it is possible to use infinity cove for presenting lectures as a projector .

- The Project will occupied 8 user with 90 m2 area .

B. Meeting area :

- In this space, the students meet the photography instructor for photography learning .

 The Project , meeting area = 25 m2 . for 10 users .

C.Equipment storage :

- The Project include two storages with 10 m2 area per unit .

- The First one for Equipment storing . and the other one has Different types of cameras that the innovator can use for dissection , (internal camera component) .

D.Makeup change :

 The project will include 2 makeup rooms, each with a 9 m2 area for 5 people.

E. Inventor's room ;

- A space in which there are computers for research and tables to dissect the cameras and find out their internal parts to create new unique cameras. :

- The Project will have a space for 5 users , so the area approximately will be 80 m2

F. Computer lab : Mainly For editing

- For the Project , there will be one computer lap for editing photos which will benefit the training students accommodates 10 user with 35 m2 .

G.Office :

- A small offices will be for 2 trainers , the total area is about 20 m2 .

K-Toilets :

- In this unit will be 6 toilet , the total area will be about 30 m2 . -

4. Drawing Section:

A- Drawing Studio :

- The Project ; 50 m2 for 15 user .

B- Tools storage :

- The Project include one storage with 16 m2 area .

- The Project ; 150 m2 for 5 user .

- The Project ; 200 m2 . for 5 users .

E- Office :

 A small offices will be for 2 trainers , the total area is about 20 m2 .

F- Toilets :

- In this unit will be 3 toilet , the total area will be about 15 m2 .

 Conclusion Program ; 451 m2

- In General Cosmetics are 2 kind , either for decoration and care.

A-Saloon ; include : “ For training “ ;

- Styling “Hairstyles”
