ONCE UPON A TIME 8
Turn to page 17 for a tour of this region Germany’s Romantic Road, Munich & Lake Constance
IN BAVARIA One of the oldest touring routes in the world, Germany’s Romantic Road winds its way from Würzburg to Füssen, through the southern provinces of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Loosely based on an old Roman route, this scenic byway links some of the country’s most picturesque towns and fairytale castles, offering a veritable treasure trove of cultural and natural landscapes. Imagine medieval walled towns, seemingly untouched by time, full of half-timbered houses, cobblestone alleys and crooked streets, charming, chocolate-box villages, lush green meadows and meandering rivers – this picture-book perfect route embraces some of the loveliest and most historical places in the country. We also explore France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria across our tours of Western Europe 9

January in the UK is usually a month of leaden skies, dark evenings and bitter cold. Now imagine the alternative; almost a month in temperate Spain with the gentle waters of the Mediterranean on your doorstep and clear skies overhead. Benidorm was still a sleepy fishing village in the 1950s, but over half a century on and Spain’s most popular resort has grown into a lively destination with spotless beaches and a glittering skyline. With the chance to see more of Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca on our fabulous included excursions too, this break could be the perfect way to kick off your New Year and beat the winter blues!
INCLUDED EXCURSIONS Our planned excursions take in the charming towns and unspoilt beaches of Spain’s beautiful ‘White Coast’. Valencia The charming city of Valencia is the third largest city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona. It has a picturesque Old Quarter with a labyrinth of cobbled streets, lined with medieval buildings and towers that were once part of the ancient wall that surrounded the old city. There are also city beaches with tree-lined promenades, scenic gardens and an attractive cathedral, all of which make Valencia one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations. Alicante The major landmark of the thriving harbour town of Alicante is the medieval Castle of Santa Barbara, which stands on the top of Mount Benacantil, offering fabulous views of the city. Other attractions include the Esplanada de España, a palm-tree lined promenade paved with wavy marble floor tiles, and the Gravina Palace, located in the Old Town. The marina is a popular hotspot full of restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre and is the perfect place to admire the luxury yachts moored here. Javea Sheltered between two rocky headlands, the seaside town of Javea still has the charm of the ancient fishing village it once was. The fishing
harbour is situated next to an attractive marina while its historic quarter is full of beautiful architecture and monuments such as the church of San Bartolomé. The town also boasts a wide sandy beach flanked by a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants. Denia The coastal town of Denia is home to a castle located on a rocky crag overlooking the city, offering spectacular views of the surrounding area. Denia also has a large port and marina with plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants lining its waterfront.

French Riviera
The French Riviera is one of the world’s most famous coastlines. What began as a winter health resort for the British upper class at the end of the 18th century also became the inspiration for many well-known artists, attracted by the region’s mild climate, vivid colours and clear light. As well as its rich artistic legacy, we also discover wonderful gardens in stunning locations, beautiful villas, picturesque resorts and the famous Principality of Monaco.
ITINERARY Day 1 We fly to Nice and transfer to our hotel in the city. Later, we enjoy dinner in a local restaurant. Day 2 Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild The Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild is a chic early 20th-century villa built by Béatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild. We enjoy a guided tour of the villa, evocative of an Italian palazzo and home to nine themed gardens. The rest of the day is left free to explore Nice – take a wander along the Promenade des Anglais or visit Castle Hill with its magnificent views. Day 3 Prince’s Palace of Monaco & Exotic Garden of Monaco We make our way to the tiny principality of Monaco, ruled by the Grimaldis since 1346. We visit the State Apartments of the Prince’s Palace of Monaco, the official residence of the Sovereign Prince of Monaco. Afterwards we head to the Exotic Garden of Monaco, an outstanding open-air botanical garden situated along the edge of a cliff overlooking the bay of Monaco.
Perched on a hilltop in the heart of Haut-de-Cagnes is the Grimaldi Castle Museum, a 14th-century stronghold that was subsequently transformed into a palatial home. Our last visit is to the Renoir Museum, the family home and studio of Impressionist painter Auguste Renoir, surrounded by beautiful olive and citrus groves. Day 6 Cannes & Antibes We head first to Cannes for a few hours at leisure. Enjoy the waterfront avenue lined with palm trees, beaches, cafés and upmarket boutiques. Le Suquet - Cannes’ old quarter – is well worth a look too. From here we continue to Antibes for some free time. The historic old town boasts quaint cobbled streets lined with pretty houses, boutiques and cafés while Port Vauban is home to huge superyachts. This evening, we enjoy a farewell dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 4 Day at leisure in Nice
Day 7 We check out of our hotel and transfer to Nice airport for our flight home.
Day 5 Cagnes-sur-Mer, Grimaldi Castle Museum & Renoir Museum We spend the day in the picturesque seaside resort of Cagnes-sur-Mer which offers a long pebble beach and a charming fishing port, all overlooked by the medieval quarter of Haut-de-Cagnes.
Please note: on this tour a reasonable amount of walking is required as vehicular access is not always possible close to the sites of our visits. Often steep inclines and steps lead the way to certain properties. Therefore, we do not consider this tour suitable for persons of reduced mobility or those unable to walk unaided.

Day 6 Astorga, Bishop’s Palace, Castrillo de los Polvazares, Cruz de Fierro, Molinaseca & Ponferrada We check out of our hotel and head first to the historic city of Astorga, another key point of the Camino de Santiago. Here we visit the fairytale Bishop’s Palace, a modernist building designed by Antoni Gaudí which houses a museum of the pilgrimage to Santiago. After free time for lunch, we continue to the charming village of Castrillo de los Polvazares, with its houses and cobbled streets built with the same russet-coloured stone. From here our coach climbs up to the Cruz de Fierro, the highest point on the Camino de Santiago and a symbolic place where pilgrims traditionally leave a rock. From here there is the option to walk along the pilgrimage route for approximately two miles. We travel on to the village of Molinaseca where we enjoy dinner together in a local restaurant before continuing on to the town of Ponferrada, one of the major staging posts on the pilgrimage route, and our overnight hotel. Day 7 O Cebreiro, Portomarín, Monte de Gozo & Santiago de Compostela Our first stop today is beautiful O Cebreiro. This rustic mountain village is home to a series of pallozas, traditional round stone houses with thatched roofs, and a pre-Romanesque church, the oldest remaining fully intact church on the pilgrimage route.

Day 8 Santiago de Compostela The Galician capital of Santiago de Compostela is the final destination on the epic Camino de Santiago pilgrimage trail and we start the day with a guided walking tour of this fascinating city. the jewel in the crown. The rest of the day is at leisure in the city. Day 9 Santillana del Mar & Santander Leaving Santiago we head towards Santander, stopping en-route in the beautiful medieval town of Santillana del Mar. We have time to wander the picturesque, cobbled streets lined with attractive stone buildings or browse the craft shops and galleries. The town also has a lovely medieval church with a walled cloister. We continue to the Cantabrian capital of Santander. Some of the highlights of this beachside city include the historic Old Town with its narrow lanes and elegant cathedral and the Magdalena Palace, which was used as the summer getaway of Spanish royalty. Villa Garzoni and Gardens
Tuscany is a one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, boasting stunning, vineyard-clad countryside, a rippling coastline, a fascinating history and impressive architecture in abundance. On this tour we discover some of the most charming villas in the area, complete with meticulous gardens and detailed frescoes, a few of which are still occupied by the families that own them. We also visit some of the most iconic Tuscan cities such as Lucca and Florence.
ITINERARY Day 1 We fly to Pisa and transfer to the Grand Hotel Panoramic in Montecatini Terme. Day 2 Villa Reale di Marlia, Villa Grabau & Colleverde Vineyard This morning takes us to Villa Reale di Marlia, once home to Napoleon’s sister. We continue on to Villa Grabau, a beautiful private house furnished with period pieces. In the afternoon we head to the Colleverde Vineyard to discover the art of wine and olive oil making and enjoy a tasting of the ‘organic’ olive oil and classic Tuscan vino. Day 3 Palazzo Mediceo di Seravezza & Viareggio Today begins with a guided tour of the 16th-century Palazzo Mediceo di Seravezza, which now houses a public library and the Museum of Versilian Work and Popular Culture. Afterwards we have some free time in Viareggio, a seaside city known for its sandy beaches. Day 4 Villa Torrigiani, Villa Mansi & Garzoni Gardens Villa Torrigiani is a beautiful building located in a romantic, Baroque garden. Inside the villa we find 17th-century frescoes and original 18th-century furniture. Our next stop is Villa Mansi where highlights include the frescoes of the central hall by Neo-classical painter, Stefano Tofanelli. We then visit the Garzoni Gardens, set against the striking backdrop of Villa Garzoni, where the
grounds unite Renaissance geometrics with the Baroque style. Day 5 Lucca, Palazzo Pfanner & Lucca Cathedral We spend the day in Lucca, famous for its Renaissance walls enclosing a cobbled centre. We visit the 17th-century Palazzo Pfanner, still owned by the Pfanner family and renowned for its frescoed main reception room. Felix Pfanner became the first beer manufacturer in Lucca, brewing it in the mansion’s cellars from 1846 until 1929. Afterwards, we visit Lucca Cathedral, consecrated by Pope Alexander II in 1070. The exterior of the building was later added to give it the elaborate look that we can see today. Day 6 Villa La Petraia & Florence The day begins at Villa La Petraia. Purchased by the Medici family in the 16th century, the villa’s courtyard is decorated with fabulous frescoes. This afternoon takes us to Florence, where highlights include the Palazzo Vecchio, Giotti’s Bell Tower and the Ponte Vecchio. Following a guided walking tour, we enjoy free time at leisure. Day 7 Day at leisure Day 8 We check out of our hotel and transfer to Pisa airport for our return flight home. Please note: itinerary order is subject to change.

Of all our European tours, this is the shiniest. For the magpies among us, our Berlin city break is a veritable nest of glittering treasures. Famed for its opulent palaces that date back to the Kingdom of Prussia, we discover a gold mine of lavish Baroque and Rococo architecture, richly decorated Stucco interiors and exquisitely manicured parks. Signature sights include the stunning Sanssouci Palace and Cecilienhof, where the Potsdam Conference took place. There is also time to soak up the vibrant culture of Germany’s fascinating capital city, which has experienced so much change in recent years.
ITINERARY Day 1 We fly to Berlin and transfer to our hotel in the heart of the city. Day 2 Berlin This morning we get to know Berlin. It may be a rather big city but, luckily for us, all the best areas are lovely and compact. Once divided, now reunited, it really is full of contrasts with a variety of historical and modern attractions. We enjoy a guided walking tour which covers some of the most important sights including the Brandenburg Gate, a former symbol of the divided city. After our tour, the rest of the day is left free to discover more of Berlin at leisure and, living up to the charms of its ‘live and let live’ motto, it’s a wonderfully relaxed place to explore. Later, we enjoy dinner together back at the hotel.
The Brandenburg Gate
Day 3 Schönhausen Palace & River Cruise Schönhausen Palace provided the backdrop for many important political and historical moments. Originally a manor house was built on the site in the 1660s before King Friedrich II gifted it to his wife, who used it as a summer residence and
adored the opulent rooms, Stucco ceilings and colourful floral carpets, which we admire during our visit. Later, Wilhelm Pieck used the residence as his official seat during his time as president of the German Democratic Republic after the partition of Germany. The presidential garden is a reminder of this time. Later, we enjoy a river cruise through the centre of the city, taking in a selection of iconic sights from a new perspective. Cameras at the ready for the fascinating cityscape, including the silhouette of the stunning domed Berlin Cathedral on Museum Island, as we meander along the River Spree. Day 4 Berlin Cathedral & Charlottenburg Palace After spotting the famous cathedral from our river cruise, today we get up close with an audio guided tour. The majestic Italian Renaissancestyle structure is flanked by four Baroque towers and envelopes equally lavish interiors, from a marble and onyx altar to elaborate mosaics. It served as the court church for the Hohenzollern dynasty, the monarchy of Prussia and later the German Emperors.
well worth a wander after we see the first-ever bathroom in a Baroque palace!
The Orangery, Sanssouci Park
Day 5 Sanssouci Palace & Cecilienhof We visit Sanssouci Palace where we enjoy an audio guided tour. Sans soucI, which means ‘without a care’, was the much-loved summer retreat of the Prussian King; Friedrich the Great. The Rococo palace sits pretty above the vineyard-festooned terraces, and inside the intimate suites still boast their original decorations. Outside, the sprawling grounds are as impressive as ever, with the Chinese House and Orangery proving the ultimate relaxing hideaway. The king’s grave is on the highest terrace on the hill, buried next to his beloved greyhounds.
Our next stop is Charlottenburg Palace. Built at the end of the 17th century, it is one of Berlin’s key reminders of the splendour of the Hohenzollern clan, who ruled until 1918. Packed with treasures from the grand Rococo ballroom and collections of precious porcelain to the silver vault; glittering with the remaining pieces of the Prussian crown jewels, there is so much to discover in this former royal residence. The leafy palace park is also

Day 6 Schloss Britz & Botanic Garden Formally an 18th-century manor house, Schloss Britz was once home to Prussian ministers and high-ranking court officials. It attracted tourists early on due to its library and picture gallery that sit behind a lovely neo-Renaissance façade. These days it houses an exhibition all about the way in which people lived during Germany’s late 19th-century industrialisation. Cecilienhof
Afterwards, we head to Cecilienhof, an Englishstyle mock Tudor curiosity, which seems in stark contrast to the luxurious palaces we have visited so far. Though humble from the outside, this was actually the location where world history was made when the Allied powers met here after the Second World War to discuss the occupation of Germany. Originally built in 1913 by Kaiser Wilhelm II, it was the last palace constructed by the Hohenzollern clan before it went on to serve as the location for the Potsdam Conference, attended by Josef Stalin, Harry Truman and Winston Churchill in 1945.
This afternoon takes us to Berlin’s Botanic Garden, an enchanting 43 hectares of flowers rippling in the breeze. From medicinal plants and roses to an Italian garden and an art nouveau Tropical Greenhouse packed with giant water lilies and a bamboo forest, this floral nirvana boasts a collection of 20,000 plant species. A truly colourful way to end our final excursion! This evening we enjoy a farewell dinner together at the hotel. Day 7 We check out of our hotel and transfer to Berlin airport for our return flight home.

From ancient ruins and vine-covered hills to wild horses and enchanting UNESCO World Heritage Sites, many of the scenes we encounter on this all-inclusive cruise along the Rhône and Saône are beautifully unique. The labyrinthine alleys in Lyon are a delight to explore and the sights of rural Burgundy promise to enchant, while picturesque Provence is the perfect place to soak up the French joie de vivre.
ITINERARY Day 1 Ferry to Calais, France & overnight hotel stay Ferry to Calais and onwards to our hotel, where we stay overnight on a bed and breakfast basis. Day 2 Embarkation in Lyon, France We continue our journey south, arriving in Lyon where we board the A-ROSA STELLA for the start of our cruise. Day 3 Chalon-sur-Saône Our first port of call is the picturesque city of Chalon-sur-Saône, situated on the banks of the River Saône. We have the opportunity to explore the area by bicycle or visit the city, with its many beautiful timber-framed houses and the striking Cathédrale St Vincent. Day 4 Mâcon & Trévoux We arrive in Mâcon. Surrounded by vineyards and châteaux, the city has an almost Mediterranean character thanks to its buildings with coloured facades and roofs covered with Romanesque tiles. We make a short stop in Trévoux, a lovely town filled with heritage buildings including a 14th-century feudal castle, complete with an octagonal keep. Day 5 Lyon Dating back 2,000 years, Lyon is one of France’s oldest cities. Its old town – now a UNESCO World Heritage Site – offers a maze of narrow streets, and historic buildings. Another highlight is the Notre Dame de Fourvière, a 19th-century basilica built in shimmering white stone. Lyon is also reputed as the gourmet capital of France!
Day 6 Avignon Avignon is one of the most popular ports of call on A-ROSA’s Rhône cruises. This historic city was once the seat of the Catholic Popes in the Middle Ages – be sure to visit the unique Palais des Papes in Avignon’s ancient quarter. There are also beautifully-preserved ramparts, mansion-lined streets and the famous Pont d’Avignon to explore. Day 7 Arles The Provençal city of Arles, with its sun-drenched terracotta-tiled rooftops, occupies a broad bend in the River Rhône. Known as the city of art and history, Arles is famous for its ancient and Romanesque remains, including the exceptional Roman amphitheatre, with many monuments classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Day 8 La Voulte-sur-Rhône As we cruise back towards Lyon, we make a short stop in La Voulte-sur-Rhône, characterised by the 14th-century castle in the old town, set against a backdrop of rolling hills.

Embark on a Seine cruise and journey right to the heart of northern France. Normandy awaits with its delightful scenery, alongside arty Vernon and Les Andelys. Ticking off all the cultural must-sees we explore charming towns tangled with winding streets and discover fascinating sights before we have some free time for Paris. Delight in wonderful vistas of the Eiffel Tower alongside historical façades and lamp-lit bridges which arch over the majestic River Seine on this unforgettable break with plenty of French flair.
ITINERARY Day 1 Flight to Paris, France & embarkation Fly to Paris and transfer to the A-ROSA VIVA for the start of our cruise. We then head out of the city towards Normandy, passing many charming towns and landscapes as we cruise along the River Seine. Days 2 & 3 Rouen As well as being the capital of Normandy, Rouen was formerly one of the most prosperous cities of medieval Europe, which is reflected in the wealth of museums and Gothic architecture. Don’t miss the Gros Horloge, a 14th-century astronomical clock which boasts a Gothic belfry, a Renaissance dial and a Louis XV fountain. Day 4 Caudebec-en-Caux We arrive at beautiful Caudebec-en-Caux. This small town is a fantastic place to experience the essence of the French lifestyle first hand. Be sure to pay a visit to the 15th-century Gothic-style church, renowned for its stunning architecture. Don’t miss the optional excursion to Honfleur; an idyllic fishing town packed with lovely little lanes and a picturesque old port quarter. There is even the chance to visit one of the renowned Calvados distilleries. Day 5 Les Andelys & Vernon The tranquil town of Les Andelys occupies an idyllic spot on the bank of the Seine. It is most famous for its castle, Château Gaillard. When gazing at the ruins it’s easy to imagine Richard
the Lionheart keeping watch here for the advance of the enemy through the Seine valley. This afternoon offers the highlight of our cruise, where we have the opportunity to visit Claude Monet’s house and garden in Giverny as an optional extra. It is a magnet for art and culture lovers and those of a romantic inclination. The lush garden looks like a meadow of flowers straight out of an Impressionist painting. We get a chance to admire the enchanting lily pond up close; the subject of one of the world’s most valuable paintings. Day 6 Cruise back to Paris Today we depart Vernon early in the morning and cruise back to the instantly-recognisable city of Paris. We pass sleepy villages clutching the banks of the Seine before arriving in the capital during the early evening. Day 7 Paris Today is all about Paris! We will be right in the heart of the action, perfect for discovering the spectacular city with its elegant boulevards peppered with stylish shops and iconic landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and more. Or why not enjoy a wander through the quaint streets of the Latin Quarter? There is so much to discover here! Day 8 Disembarkation & flight home from Paris We disembark in Paris and transfer back to the airport for our flight home.

Frequently Asked Questions Why do I have to pay a single supplement? It is standard practice in the hotel trade to charge for single occupancy of a room as the cost of providing heating, lighting and cleaning etc, is the same regardless of the number of people occupying it. Will my pickup point change? All available pickup points are shown for each tour. Please note however, that pickup points are dependent on Just Go! Holidays receiving minimum bookings from those locations. On occasions it may be necessary to move your requested pickup point after booking to ensure that your holiday can still operate. You will be notified of any change to your pickup with your final confirmation. What time will my pickup be? Pickups will be early morning or on occasion late the previous night – we provide an estimated time in this brochure by pickup town, please see pages 56-57. The exact pickup time from your town will be advised two weeks before you travel. Return times will be late evening, as we expect to depart Stop 24 Services near Folkestone between 7pm-8pm. Who is responsible for my luggage during my journey? It is your responsibility to ensure your suitcase is on board the coach. Please make sure you see the driver place your luggage into the coach and, on the way home, carefully check you collect the correct luggage from the driver at your drop off point. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or misplaced luggage or any personal items and, whilst we will assist you with the recovery of any lost suitcase, this will be upon receipt of the courier costs. How much luggage can I take with me? For holidays by coach, your luggage must be restricted to one medium-sized suitcase weighing no more than 18 kilograms (40 pounds); we cannot carry any additional luggage items. Also, we cannot accept responsibility at any time for your own personal hand luggage. For any holidays by air, the luggage allowance will vary between airlines and will be advised at the time of booking. I have mobility issues – can I bring a walking aid? You must advise us if anyone in your party has mobility issues – the minimum requirements are that you are able to climb the steps onto a coach unaided. Please read the tour itinerary carefully to make sure it is appropriate for your mobility level. Due to space limitations we can only accommodate a maximum of two walking aids on to each coach, either wheelchairs or walking frames so long as they are collapsible, therefore you must pre-book a space when you book your holiday and confirmation of this will be on our correspondence to you. Unfortunately we have to reserve the right not to carry any walking aids that are not pre-booked. We regret we cannot accept mobility scooters or motorised wheelchairs. What do I do if I have special dietary needs? Passengers are requested to inform us of any food allergies/requests at the time of booking and we will attempt to accommodate them, however special arrangements cannot be guaranteed. Passengers who are coeliac or follow a gluten-free diet are advised to contact the hotel before arrival to check if the diet is catered for. Some customers take their own bread for breakfasts. Customers with severe food allergies or dietary requirements are advised to make appropriate arrangements with the hotel prior to commencing their tour and speak to the hotel staff on arrival. What type of food can I expect in Europe? On our European holidays meals are included as indicated on each tour page. These may be waiter service or buffet style and will be a set choice group menu often consisting of local traditional dishes. Don’t expect lots of vegetables in Spain or lots of potatoes in Italy. Do expect pasta most days in Italy and pork in Austria. In brief, we offer you the opportunity to embrace local food traditions served the local way and not necessarily the British way. Breakfast will be continental with occasional hot options added in certain hotels.

Why do I need insurance? At Just Go! Holidays we are committed to ensuring you are taken care of every step of the way, from the day you book, through to the last day of your holiday. Occasionally passengers fall ill or have an accident whilst on holiday preventing them from travelling home with the coach or on the return flight or requiring medical care when abroad. This may impact you financially; it is a company policy that all our customers hold some form of travel insurance, not necessarily the insurance Just Go! Holidays can offer, when purchasing one of our EU tours.
What do I do if I’m not completely happy? It is imperative that if you are unhappy about any aspect of your holiday, you raise the matter IMMEDIATELY with the coach driver, tour manager or accommodation provider. If you fail to do this and deny us the opportunity to rectify the matter at the time, we shall not accept any responsibility retrospectively. If the matter cannot be resolved immediately, it is a condition that you write to us, quoting your booking reference, with the details of your complaint so that we may commence an investigation.
When do I need to pay the balance of my holiday? The balance due dates (the period before the departure date on which your full balance normally becomes due) are: 6 weeks before departure for all UK mainland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and European holidays by coach (excludes Winter Sun in Benidorm by coach which is due 8 weeks before departure). For UK and European holidays by air, the balance is due with us no later than 8 weeks prior to travel. For bookings made after the balance due date; full payment is due at the time of booking. You can also make interim payments anytime between paying the deposit and the balance due date.
Important Notice All prices are correct at the time of this brochure going to print (October 2021). We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time. This could mean that when you book your chosen holiday, the actual price quoted in the brochure may have gone up or down. The correct price will always be confirmed to you at the time of booking. Some of the details within this brochure may have changed since going to print. When you book your holiday we will inform you of any change to any of the relevant details which have occurred prior to you making your booking.
Railway excursions Please note that journeys on certain railways may not always be steam hauled, even when pictured in this brochure as being so. Diesel locomotive trains are sometimes in use on certain journeys over which, regrettably, we have no control. What do I do if I have a special request? If you have any special requests, we will do our best to help but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled, they are just a request. If your request is imperative to the enjoyment of your holiday, please inform one of the members of our reservations staff at the time of booking however, we cannot accept a booking on the basis of a request being guaranteed. General confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to our supplier is not confirmation that your request will be met. All special requests are subject to availability unless and until they are specifically confirmed by us in writing. Will there be a toilet on the coach? Yes, all the holidays featured in our main 2022 brochure will be operated by a modern executive standard coach including a wc onboard. Regular comfort breaks will also be taken. Will it always be the tour coach that collects me from my chosen pickup point? Not always, sometimes we utilise smaller transfer vehicles to operate some pickups; these vehicles will transfer you to join the main tour coach. We do this in order to offer a wide range of pickup points and to keep overall journey times for the tour coach to a minimum. Please note: if you have booked front seats or any other guaranteed seats through our seat reservation service, these only apply once you join the main tour coach. Are the excursions guaranteed to run on the day specified in this brochure? Our brochures and itineraries are put together sometimes over a year in advance therefore, unfortunately, things may change before the tour takes place and some excursions may be swapped from one day to another. Will there be tea/coffee makers in the hotel room? This facility is unfortunately very rarely available in European hotels.
Hotel Accessibility Information If anyone in your party has mobility issues, please inform us at the time of booking. It is a minimum requirement that you are able to climb the steps onto a coach unaided. Please read the tour itinerary carefully to make sure it is appropriate for your mobility level. We also hold accessibility information for each hotel featured on our holidays, and are able to advise if lifts and/or ground floor rooms are available. Further details are shown in this brochure and are also available online at justgoholidays.com/accessibility. If you have any queries on hotel facilities in relation to mobility, please contact us immediately for detailed information. Please note: tour itineraries will be subject to local and government guidelines valid at the time of travel.
