Creativity abounds at Justin-Siena, and now it’s time to shine a light on some long awaited and much needed upgrades to a facility that has hosted countless performances and delighted thousands of guests. Help us transform the North Gym into a well-appointed performance and learning space for our highly acclaimed Arts program. Seize this Buy-A-Spot opportunity to spend the afternoon tasting wine, smoking cigars, and skeet shooting at O’Shaughnessy Winery with your host Justin-Siena parent, Sean Capiaux. Delicious bites will also be served on this well-rounded experience! Skeet shooting is a recreational and competitive activity where participants use shotguns in an attempt to break clay disks mechanically flung into the air from a fixed station at high speed from a variety of angles. There are several types of skeet shooting with national recognition. A tour, which includes a 12K sq. ft. cave, is included. You are responsible to redeem all items and/or services according to the conditions and requirements set forth on the certificate. Unless otherwise noted, all restaurant certificates exclude tax, tip, or alcoholic beverages. 11. Checkout for live and silent auction begins at 10 pm. If you must leave prior to that time, please arrange to pay and/or pick up your items before you depart. 12. Justin-Siena accepts cash, checks, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction or within 3-4 days of the auction date. 13. Auction items that are not claimed immediately following the event will be moved to the Advancement Office and must be claimed by Friday, May 15, 2015. Items not claimed by that date will be offered to the next highest bidder. 14. Unless otherwise indicated, all lots expire on April 25, 2016, unless otherwise set by the item donor. Tax Information Auction Items: In accordance with federal tax law, only that portion of the purchase price of an item that exceeds the fair market value is tax deductible. Purchases with a tax deductible value in excess of $75 are required to be substantiated by a receipt from Justin-Siena. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your auction donation or purchase. Raffles: The purchase of raffle tickets, or other donation which results in entry into a drawing, is not tax deductible.
