RITUALS AT THE TRIBEHOUSE (all-me-us-all ) COMPASSION (DISCOVER AND REDISCOVER YOURSELF / ALL) The first ritual at Tribe house starts with compassion. It is the first step towards determining how your stay is going to be. Each of us has always painted a beautiful picture of the world that we want to live in. We develop choices, build opinion about the world, create meanings for ourselves in every moment of our life. We know much more about the external drivers of our state of being than what drives us internally. This ritual begins with you yourself. Discover, Re- discover yourself, spend ample amount of me time, let your energy settle in, love yourself, accept your choices and relish the ‘state of being’ before experiencing the ‘state of becoming’. ACTION POINTS SELF LED 1. Request for our tribe house guided dairy to the property owner and enjoy the process to unlock your own journey. 2. Grow your own plant, name it and tag it. 3. Cook a meal for the helpers, and facilitators and host them an dining experience 4. Write thankyou / gratitude letters to all your friends and dear ones who means something in your life , put a tribe house stamp and post it from the property itself. 5. Keep a message (send love and vibes) and take a message whenever u want from the ‘bag of secret whisper’ TRIBE LED 1. Master class around love, romance and compassion 2. Arrange a group session and engage in a guided yognindra session. Volunteer to serve your close ones for a relaxing massage with natural herbs.

COEXIST (THE EMBODIED PRACTICES / ME) Coexisting starts with deep enquiry and interest about things around you. Be it people, object, nature. Every little things that made youpaused or think reveals a secret which you will unfold only if you pay genuine attention. They wants you to know the system through their lenses. Acknowledge interconnections and relationships between objects, humans, system and learn how they co-exist before building an opinion of change. The mantra to this ritual is to observe, aware and achieve awareness of awareness. ACTION POINTS SELF LED 1. Manage little things yourself : Whether it is fetching a glass of water, refilling your snack box or washing your own dishes, take responsibility and do your own things as per your own need and contribute to creating the homely environment that you desire. 2. Treat everyone as equals : The feeling of independence empowers every creator, and this practice begins by respecting the unsaid needs, emotions and feelings. Create spaces for everyone to give, seek and take in various instances of the stay. Sometimes you give, sometimes you recieve. 3. Ownership about others belonging : Give it equal treatment as your favourite object. Everybody have emotional associations as you do too. It starts with respecting every objects and facility at the property. 4. Use a Coloured flags according to your mood while working : Red denotes ‘its me time / important work in progress’ and Green denotes “ I want to have a conversation / i want to take an opinion” while working. TRIBE LED : 1. Be responsible, you are a part of the tribe, your actions represent all of us amongst the local community. You can help the tribe by sending positive vibes and by being mindful of every activity you do in public. 2. Dont encourage the culture of begging in the village, Offer love and food, (no coins and chillars) 3. Inspire and convince your fellow tribe members for an active listening exercise, ask for a guided deck of cards at the reception.

COLLABORATIVE (PUT AN EFFORT/ US) The intent to Collaborate is the driver of every action at the tribe house. Your presence in this tribe house is enabled because you too envision a world full of meaningful collaboration. The sensibility and ability to collaborate that each one of us have is the treasure we want to harness in this space. ACTION POINTS SELF LED 1. Own a page of the travelling journal : Travelling journal is a collection of personal stories of every creators, in form of stories, poems, artwork , multi media, prints, paper cuts, QR codes around the idea of “what is flow ? When did you experience them ? what was it like? (Idea: making it like a participatory research dairy datapoint, where every participant contributes their stories to create a collective meaning. The expressions will be studied and analyzed to derive collective patterns and understanding of ”FLOW”. The findings and research will be open sourced after the study is completed.) 2. Drop your questions into our curiosity box : Get collective insights from a group of fellow creators in the breakfast table about something that you need perspectives on. Keep the discussions just to the breakfast table and respect space and time and carry it further only if it is a mutually driven conversation. Each questions from the curiosity box will get a chance, but one- question- a day only. 3. Contribute to the open digital library - Sharing interesting links, artwork, articles etc in a common drive for a collective benefit. 4. Share your taste of food : Participate in community cooking, potluck, cooking hacks and tips or even menu creation for the meals. TRIBE LED 1. Pitch day 2. Tribe mixers 3. Experience a master workshop with a potential collaborator 4. Go for a tribe date

COCREATE (ENJOY THE BLOSSOM / ALL ) “Creativity thrives in the area where our brain fears the most” - Beau Lotto, Neuroscientist, Lab of Misfits We have always been living in a world of uncertainty and ambiguity. As we move towards the future, we have built assumptions and made necessary predictions. This has driven our entire species with more curiosity, and we have only grown creatively in order to find the ‘new’. Somewhere we have embraced the uncertain to enjoy the ambiguity of the perceived reality. Sometimes, beyond these comprehended realities of truth, lies the beautiful state of immersion which can only be experienced when we cocreate. Cocreation is a practice tribe house endorses. It helps you to manifest your imaginations, ideas and embodies constructive co-existence. Give your form to your discussions and shared moments. While you might have had your creative flows within yourself at different instances of life, its time to make it a shared experience. Indulge in it and plant a seed and enjoy the blossom everafter. The clue to enjoy this ritual to the fullest is ‘pen and paper’ / find the code ‘xxx’ ACTION POINTS SELF LED 1. Cut your chords from fear of judgements. Unmask all your biases, Share, bring the child and natural you out. You are ready to flow. 2. Bring clarity to your ideas, know your strength and get on to pitch your ideas. Do your homework well. 3. Explore the tribe network and check their work. Connect to them, send them a proposal to co-create and invite them to stay in the tribe house. TRIBE LED 1. Find more collaborators from your network or tribes network to enhance your ideas. 2. Do a feasibility test of your idea. Get help from tribe mentors. 3. Register/ Submit your ideas for tribe house to enable. (tribe house can help you actualise the idea) 4. Enroll for our community impact program volunteer 5. Perform any of our enlisted community impact work task

Feedback forms 1. Diary method - travel journal (focused on what is flow) - compassion diary (A diary study is a research method used to collect qualitative data about user behaviors, activities, and experiences over time. In a diary study, data is self-reported by participants longitudinally — that is, over an extended period of time that can range from a few days to even a month or longer. During the defined reporting period, study participants are asked to keep a diary and log specific information about activities being studied. To help participants remember to fill in their diary, sometimes they are periodically prompted (for example, through a notification received daily or at select times during the day). The context and time period in which data is collected for a diary study make them unlike other common user-research methods, such as surveys (which are designed to collect self-reported information about a user’s habits and experiences outside of the context of the scenarios being studied), or usability tests (which yield observational information about a specific moment or planned set of confined interactions in a controlled setting). Research question : For me to design the feedback form we need to discuss the following. May be we can have a discussion on this seperately. 1. What are the markers that will determine a good experience. 2. What are the outcome of the ‘flow’ ‘co-creation’ ‘collaboration’ that we desire
