《畫外影像誌》為｢憧憬世界｣攝影教育計劃旗下的一個攝影藝術暨紙本創作的工作坊，由「憧憬世界」校內攝影工作坊的資深藝術家導師梁耀康為項目負責人，以「憧憬世界」的學員、畢業生及其他對攝影創作有熱誠的年輕人為對象。工作坊除了包含攝影技術指導外，亦會定期舉行創意研討聚會，讓參與者們能互相討論作品，增進交流。我們將定期以書刊或雜誌形式，發表參與者的創作成果。
攝影能培養年輕人的觀察力，而攝影書刊的製作過程能加深參與者對照片敍事技巧的掌握，兩個媒介的結合能開拓更多的可能性。《畫外影像誌》除了刊載不同創作者之影像作品外，亦鼓勵他們參與各種前期籌組工作，包括訂立主題、內容設計、選紙印刷等，讓各參與者能對整個製作過程有更深入的了解。
Mumble Zine is a photography workshop under Through Our Eyes Photography Education Programme (TOE) which focuses on photography and printed matters creation. Leung Yiu Hong, senior artist-educator of TOE School Workshops, who is the project leader, will be leading a small group of participants who are either the current students/alumni from TOE, or youngsters who are enthusiastic about photography to work on this project together.
