Social Media Guidelines Facebook Dos and Don’ts DO: • Use common sense and always act in Bravelets best interests. • Follow the Facebook Terms of Use. • Set up a Facebook Business Page as a Public Figure. You must make it clear that you are an Independent Fundraising Consultant with Bravelets and this page should in no way be confused with the official Bravelets Facebook Page. • Share current content and images from the closed Bravelets Fundraising Consultant Group, the official Bravelets Facebook Business Page and images from the ‘Photos We Love’ https://www.pinterest.com/bravelets/brave-photoswe-love/ and “Cover Photos’ https://www.pinterest.com/bravelets/be-bravecover-photos/ Pinterest board. • Share stories about your experiences with Bravelets. The goal of using Facebook is to be inspiring, not overly salesy. DON’T: • Use your Personal Profile Page for unsolicited recruitment or sales. You may use your Personal Profile to share a link to your Personal website or Bravelets website and share aspects of your life that may include your Bravelets business! • Do not ask, answer or discuss policy issues on the Bravelets Fundraising Consultant closed Facebook group or on the official Bravelets Facebook page. Please email Bravelets home office at consultants@bravelets.com • Share your personal website link on someone else’s Facebook page without their permission • Post about your business on a charity or another Facebook Business Page
