FANTASY IS THE ONLY TOUR COMPANY TO INCLUDE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU LIFE CHANGING MOMENTS
“The experience of climbing to the top of the bridge in Sydney, Australia was a life changing moment for me because I was terrified of heights. The view was so breathtaking that after the first few moments I forgot my fear and opened my senses to the awesome sight of the gorgeous harbor dominated by the Opera House. By the way, heights never bothered me again!” Steven Krauss, West Palm Beach, Florida

EXPERIENCE
Why Should You Choose Fantasy?
“O
IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER…
n the first day of our 48 day Alaska Caravan we were presented
with 3-ring notebooks setting forth every day’s travel and activity,
right down to what you could expect to find at almost every mile marker along the road. There was even an entry saying “At 16.4 mile you will
find the best cinnamon buns in Alaska.” Now that’s detail. There were
also listings of every fuel stop, as well as photos ops, where you might see animals. Fantasy is superb at planning and organizing.
If we had attempted this Alaska trip on our own it might have been a
disaster…and no doubt we would not have gotten to experience a small
fraction of what we enjoyed in the group experience. All the
campgrounds, the boat rides, the entertainment, so many meals and
myriad of other activities were pre-arranged, pre-contracted…and we had
the wagon master and the tailgunner to shepherd us along the way.
There’s no way to replace the enduring relationships molded during
those extraordinary seven weeks. Having started as strangers, we ultimately became friends and, finally family.
If you are considering Alaska, especially for the first time, we highly
recommend Fantasy RV Tours.”
Alan & Arlene Werksman, Boca Raton, Florida 6 www.fantasyrvtours.com

EXPERIENCE
50 Years in the Vacation Business FANTASY & CREATIVE TOGETHER HAVE BEEN PROVIDING VACATIONS FOR OVER 50 YEARS
Together we create a unique travel experience like no other. Over 50 years experience, knowledge and commitment to the RV lifestyle offers travelers a superior quality vacation.
Fantasy RV Tours
Fantasy is among the world’s most distinctive RV tour companies, providing the most sought-after RV vacations to exotic destinations such as Mexico’s Copper Canyon, South Africa, Australia and other worldwide locations. With more than 20 years in the RV industry, Fantasy is one of the global leaders in escorted RV travel.
Creative World Travel
Creative World has shown RVers a new way to vacation since 1970, specializing in Rallies. The company merged with Fantasy RV Tours in 2005, and we continue to keep the traditions of Creative World alive.
CARAVAN WITH US TO THRILLING EVENTS!
Rallies
RV Caravans
A CARAVAN is a group of travelers moving together from one destination to the next on a pre-planned and professionally run itinerary. Lots of RVers enjoy our RV caravan tours. You drive your own RV, but follow an experienced tour guide, called a "wagonmaster" and we also have a "tailgunner" at the rear, making sure everyone stays together, and makes minor repairs as needed. Each night the RVers camp together in one campground, telling stories around the campfire and planning the next day's ride. It takes years of planning and research to prepare a first-class caravan and see that it has all the ingredients for success. Caravans can be as short as ten days, to as many as fifty-one. Fantasy RV Tours specializes in worldwide caravans.
A RALLY is a non-traveling gathering for RVers to celebrate a famous event, festival or happening. Creative World truly pioneered the fine art of “rallying” and today offers the most rallies of any other RV tour company. Rallies include exclusive hard-to-get tickets, interesting side excursions, tours and scrumptious meals. All you have to do is just show up and have fun!
CAR-A-VANS
AUTO & HOTEL GUIDED VACATIONS
FANTASY IS THE VERY FIRST TOUR COMPANY to offer non-RV escorted vacations. Guests travel to exotic destinations in their car, truck, van… anything on wheels (no RVs) and stay in hotels along the way. These guided vacations are conducted like our RV caravans with a Wagonmaster leading the way, pre-planned itineraries, meals, events and excursions all taken care of by Fantasy experts.

n the State of Maryland at the confluence of the Anacostia and Potomac Rivers sits our nation’s capital, Washington D.C. The city of neoclassic marble buildings, offset by green parks, fountains and statuary, is deserving of being called the ‘city beautiful’. We have planned an exciting non-stop visit to the highlights of D.C., while we are camped at the most convenient RV Park for accessing the historical sites. We walk in the footsteps of world leaders and heroes and stand where global events have taken shape. All the historic monuments will be framed in the vivid white and pink blossoms from more than 6,000 Japanese cherry trees along the Tidal Basin. Come join us as we celebrate the arrival of spring at our nation’s capital Cherry Blossom Festival!

This reunion brings loyal customers together along with new friends for an exciting lineup of entertainment, sights, events and camaraderie. Imagine names like Bad Water Basin, Devil’s Golf Course, Furnace Creek, Artist Drive, Dante’s View and the famous “20-Mule Team” Harmony Borax Works….all that and more on this interesting excursion. We visit the lowest place in the USA at 280 ft below sea level surrounded by the Armargosa and Panamint mountain ranges-over 11,000 ft in elevation…wow what a panoramic view! Day three is leisurely spent at the fabulous RV resort to relax, treat yourself to time in the pool or spa and enjoy your fellow reunion friends. Later in the afternoon we’ll take a tour of Nevada’s premier winery along with plentiful tasting followed by dinner and “playing” at the Pahrump Nugget. No Fantasy Family Reunion is complete without our traditional farewell banquet, awards ceremony and of course the grand finale of dancing the night away. F
antasy has designed this Canadian Rockies vacation to follow the action packed Calgary Stampede Rally. We start in Canmore, Alberta, just 60 miles from Calgary. During this two week holiday you’ll experience a little “slice of Heaven,” where crystal lakes kiss deep forests and majestic mountains. Surrounded by the Canadian Rockies, you’ll gaze upon Yoho National Park, Takkakaw Falls, Natural Bridge and Emerald Lake. We’ll then traverse along Bow Valley Parkway through Banff National Park, Lake Louise and the astounding Icefields Parkway. Our final destination is 3 days of exploring BC’s modern multi-cultural city of Vancouver, site of the 2010 Winter Olympics, plus a leisurely day excursion to Victoria Island. You don’t have to travel to foreign lands to find majestic natural beauty and diverse cultures…both await you just across the border, in our welcoming neighbor to the north.

he sea dominates the culture and character of the Canadian Maritimes, a land of lighthouses, lobsters and rich Viking legends. These four distinct Canadian provinces just north of Maine (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island) and an excursion to Labrador will transport you to another world, with charms and stories that reach back through the centuries. A highlight of Fantasy’s 31 Day and 38 Day Tours is the Nova Scotia International Tattoo. An annual military and civilian extravaganza featuring over 2,000 Canadian and International performers. Canada’s best kept secret, the Tattoo is a unique blend of military displays, Mounties, pipes, drums, music, dance, drama, gymnastics, and comedy underscored by a “Bond of Friendship” theme. Come, we’ll share the secret with you! We designed our 38 Day Classic tour to feature the very best of the Maritimes departing in July for those of you who desire later summer travel dates. other Nature gave us a challenge — to design adventures worthy of her magnificent Alaskan landscape. Well, we’ve done it. Nature set this dramatic stage — staggering peaks, glaciers, fjords, wilderness preserves, and dramatic coastlines. She also created an unforgettable cast of characters — grizzly bears, moose, wolves, whales, sea lions, and bald eagles. How could we match her splendor? First we found the historic gold rush towns, the wild lands and creatures of Denali National Park, the glaciers of Prince William Sounds, the best fishing waters in the world and the majestic coastline along the Inside Passages. Next, we created vacations perfect for long Alaska summer days, with just the right balance of exploration, entertainments and relaxation. Fantasy offers an array of itineraries for our diversified guest: • 59 DAY PREMIER ALASKA Pages 32 & 33 • 60 DAY CANADA AND ALASKA SUPREME JOURNEY Pages 34 & 35 • 48 DAY HEART OF ALASKA Pages 36

MEXICO
Discover Today’s Mexico
“We were somewhat apprehensive about traveling in Mexico and shouldn’t have been. Our trip was delightful and safe from start to finish it was a fantastic experience!” John & Charlene Venhaus – Hawthorne, CA
antasy Tours escorts you to places where even the names ring of intrigue, Guadalajara, Yucatan, Baja, Oaxaca, Caribbean, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Barranca del Cobre (Copper Canyon).
ADVENTURE WITHOUT THE WORRY
Should you “watch out” when you travel in Mexico? Sure. Mexico’s sensual scenery might snatch your breath away; its friendly people might steal your heart; and that knot of tension you carry between your shoulder blades might vanish the instant you let down your guard. With its tantalizing culture, history, landscapes, recreation, weather, and cuisine, Mexico gives you the thrill of visiting a foreign land, as its neighborliness eases away the discomfort. Many of the million U.S. and Canadian retirees living in the friendly, relaxed environs of Mexico feel safer and more comfortable there than in their native lands north of the border. Of course, having an experienced escort makes any visit to a foreign country much easier and richer. They walk you handily through the ropes of traveling in Mexico and share the inside stories behind their favorite destinations. The experts at Fantasy design your route for a leisurely pace during daylight hours along well-traveled highways.
Over the years, Fantasy has taken thousands of vacationers south of the border, so you can skip the homework and go straight to recess. Traveling in a group enriches the Mexico experience and will enhance your peace of mind. The Wagonmaster directs your course, the Tailgunner addresses any mechanical questions, and together they keep everyone up to date via CB radios. Under that umbrella of security, you can relax, enjoy this exotic land, and form lifelong friendships with your fellow explorers. So, should you keep your eyes open when you venture into Mexico? Sure. Open your eyes — and all your other senses. This is a land of tropical warmth, shy smiles, savory food, heart-stopping beauty, and vivid culture. Open your senses and leave a much richer person than when you arrived.
MEXICO LIABILITY INSURANCE
All vehicles traveling south of the border are required by Mexican law to have Mexican liability insurance. Fantasy requires our insurance department, Vista Group, to handle liability insurance for all customers traveling with Fantasy. We will provide you with low cost liability coverage as well as any other vehicle insurance needs you may have. Please call (866) 270–5297 for a quote. Guided RV Tours 1 (800) 952–8496 37

The closer you get, the more you see. The canyon walls climb from desert flora to high pine forests, wrapping around fertile valleys dotted with crystalline mountain streams. Intricate twists of the canyon reveal waterfalls, wildlife, archeological sites and the dwellings of the shy Tarahumara Indians, the most primitive tribe still living in North America. More than 50,000 semi-nomadic natives still live in this region in the traditional style of their ancestors. Our guests can now tour this wonderland while gawking and gasping to their heart's content with a variety of options offered by Fantasy RV Tours.

We always felt quite safe the entire time we were in Mexico. This tour with Fantasy was a lifelong dream for us which finally came true!”

hen you wake to the sound of waves lapping at the beach outside your RV window, remind yourself: This is not a dream. A dream could not encompass so much from Mexico’s sunny coasts to the rugged Copper Canyon in the Sierra Madre Mountains. Envision a first class train ride from sea level to 8000 feet in elevation through powerful canyon landscapes and an excursion back in time to see the ancient Tarahumarras living in caves. The vast Copper Canyon is four times larger than USA’s Grand Canyon and 1000 ft deeper. An unbelievable Gondola ride will take you from Divisdero lookout to a mesa for an unparallel 360 degree view into the midst of the Canyon. What seems to be a dream continues onto the winter paradise of Mazatlan for three glorious days before you and your RV board an ocean going ferry ship. This voyage across the shimmering Sea of Cortez takes you to play in Baja, the longest peninsula in the world. Another dream come true awaits you in the Baja… a close up encounter with Grey whales and their babies. Fantasy’s Ultimate Land, Sea and Rail vacation is truly a life enriching experience and promises to be far better than your dreams!

AUSTRALIA/NZ
Australia & New Zealand “Wonderful scenery, outstanding itinerary and trip logbook. Great entertainment and we will always remember Fantasy’s outstanding wagonmasters on our New Zealand and Australia trip.” Win & Jan De Poorter, Wetumpka, AL
N
ew Zealand is a land of wonders. Imagine snow-capped peaks, sunny beaches, lush rainforests, raging waterfalls, massive glaciers, and smoking volcanoes. New Zealand’s North and South islands offer RVers an amazing variety of terrain. The harmonious intermingling of the diverse Maori (Polynesian) and European cultures has created a unique society of wonderful, friendly, good-natured people. You just can’t help but have a great time in New Zealand. Just across the Tasman Sea lies Australia. The Land Down Under is filled with the unexpected! Scientists say that the world’s continents were once part of one giant land mass. Australia became separated from it 200 million years ago, thus allowing its plants and animals to develop differently from any other place on Earth. You’ll come face to face with Kangaroos and Koalas. Have an opportunity to hold a wombat or laugh at the antics of the thieving Kookaburras. The Great Barrier Reef, the world’s largest coral reef, harbors a wealth of rare underwater creatures and creates glittering coral islands rising above the sea. Exotic flowers, rare birds and peculiar animals color the countryside, which varies from desert to rainforest, mountains to beaches. From
oceans to “outback”, Aussies to Aborigines, Koalas to Kangaroos — Australia’s extensive east coast offers a wide spectrum of culture, wildlife and landscape. It’s the best of exotic sightseeing. Fantasy provides RVers the ideal opportunity to experience the incomparable beauty and diversity of Australia and New Zealand on this grand tour to “Kiwi” Land and the “Land Down Under”.
ADD AUSTRALIA’S OUTBACK BY RV ANOTHER FANTASY EXCLUSIVE!
Fantasy is the only company offering the real Outback by RV! Pick up your fully equipped motorhome and venture to the heart of the colorful Aussie Outback. We start in Alice Springs where its environs have been home to the Arrernte Aboriginal peoples for 20,000 years. Uluru National Park (Ayers Rock), a 650million-year-old sandstone behemoth in the “Red Centre” of Australia, is sacred to the Aborigines and renowned for dramatic color changes. The Sounds of Silence dinner at Ayers is a mystical experience as the sun slips behind the desert landscape to reveal the brilliant constellations of the southern sky. Please be our guest on this exclusive, one-of-a-kind Fantasy adventure.

ROYAL TOUR 29 DAY
England & Scotland Royal Tour F
antasy’s Royal Tour of England and Scotland makes the lives of the “Rich and Famous” come alive. The tour entertains you with private evenings and dining experiences in castles still visited by the “Royals”. Close your eyes and envision eating a six course meal served with the Queen’s own china, crystal and cutlery in a State Dining Room or aboard the Royal Yacht “Britannia” eating where the world’s heads of state dined. Then add to this the bustle of London, a ride in the “Eye of London” with an afternoon English Tea, a trip through history in York, the 2000 year-old Hadrian’s Wall and Scotland’s capital Edinburgh. When you tire of the history take a rest at one of the many famous whiskey distilleries or enjoy a “wee” pint in local pub. You, truly, enjoy the cultural of royalty, the grandeur of scenery and the history of our American forbearers on your Royal Tour. Please, consider yourself cordially invited on this unique RV tour and royal experience.

Q&A
Questions & Answers PLAN YOUR TRIP OF A LIFETIME What does the price of a tour generally include? Our tour price includes trip cancellation insurance, RV site accommodations, meals, events and excursions as listed on the day by day itinerary. Under price Includes on each tour page we have counted the number of meals, tours and events for you. What is the Best Way to Book Your Vacation? We have convenient options for you to reserve your spot. Call us at (800) 952–8496, visit with one of our Travel Ambassadors, or browse our web site and book online www.fantasyrvtours.com. Anyway you choose, you are guaranteed the best customer service possible. Do I need to purchase trip cancellation insurance? NO. When you travel with us your vacation includes trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance, emergency medical benefits, vehicle return, and medical evacuation to bring you added peace of mind. If you or an immediate loved one has a medical emergency prior to your tour departing you will receive a refund (see page 65 for policy). During your tour if you or a loved one has a major medical emergency which prevents you from continuing on the tour, you will receive a prorated refund from the trip interruption insurance. Does the trip cancel insurance have a waiting period for medical pre-existing conditions? NO. We include cancel insurance on every customer, which makes the coverage a group plan with all pre-existing conditions covered. If you travel with other tour companies and you purchase cancel insurance on your own, you will have minimum of a 90 day waiting period for pre-existing conditions. ANOTHER EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT only offered with Fantasy! What if I have a mechanical breakdown during my tour? If you have a mechanical breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you will receive a prorated credit less any expenses incurred by Fantasy on your behalf. Should I Bring a Tow Vehicle? Each trip has unique differences. Your Wagonmaster will talk with you several months prior to your tour to discuss the need to tow based on your itinerary. On most of our traveling caravans you will have free days to enjoy and explore on your own. It is an individual preference to tow. We provide transportation for city tours, events, and most excursions included in the itinerary. What is a Travel Ambassador? Ambassadors are very experienced RVers that understand the
special needs when planning your RV Vacation. You will see them at RV parks all across the country, at national and regional RV shows and rallies, and don’t be surprised if you see them driving down the road. Ambassadors can present a beautiful travelogue show for you on most of our vacations and assist you with your travel plans. Do Your Vacations Travel Caravan/ Convoy Style? If you would like, to follow the Wagonmaster you are welcome to, but it isn’t necessary. Typically in Mexico our guests prefer to travel together caravan style. We provide each of our guests with comprehensive, up-to-date, fieldresearched trip logs documenting each landmark and turn along the route. You may travel at your own pace, enjoy photo stops, and side trips. Rest assured the staff is there to ensure safety and security for the entire group. It’s your vacation, so we offer options; we want you to enjoy safety, comfort and freedom. Do You Limit the Number of Rigs? Yes. You’ll want to make reservations early to guarantee your date. Reservations are prioritized in the order we receive them. Most of our caravans are limited to 22 RVs, and rallies are determined individually. Do You Recommend Ride Sharing? We do recommend ride sharing when it is the best way to enjoy a venue. We provide transportation for city tours, events, and most excursions included in the itinerary. Sometimes, such as a restaurant within a short distance of the park, it makes more sense and keeps your costs down for everyone to share rides. Are Tips Included? Yes, tips are included for all meals and events in the daily itinerary. For exemplary service above and beyond the call of duty, please feel free to tip anyone including your Wagonmasters and Tailgunners. Is Extra Vehicle Insurance Needed? For trips south-of-the-border, you must have a Mexico Vehicle Liability Insurance policy for each motorized vehicle. In order to accommodate our guests, we have our own insurance agency — Vista Group, and our agent is licensed in 50 states. To make sure our guests have the very best coverage at an affordable rate, we require our guests to purchase Mexico liability insurance from Vista Group. We want to be sure that you will be well taken care of should the unexpected happen. For your convenience, we can assist you in obtaining all of your Mexico and domestic insurance needs at reasonable rates. Call us for a free, no obligation quote at (866) 270–5297, or visit www.vistarvinsurance.com for a quote on line.
Are Pets Welcome? Yes, with the exception of overseas tours and “CAR”-a-van auto and hotel tours. Canada and Mexico require proof of rabies vaccination. During the Copper Canyon Passenger Train, Polar Bear and Maritime trips we will be away from our RVs 1 to 5 nights depending on the tour. Your pet will be cared for by our pet loving staff or a campground pet sitter. For most of us, pets are our children. We are a pet friendly company and we jump through many hoops to make sure they feel welcome during the tour and receive exceptional care when we have an overnight away from our RVs. Do I Need a Passport to Travel In Canada or Mexico? You need a passport for Canada, Mexico and Overseas. Do You Have Discounts? At the time of printing, we publish our lowest possible price. Occasionally, opportunities arise with our vendors that allow us to pass on an even better price to you. We’ll do that for you. We also reward you with frequent traveler credits toward a future tour with us. Do You Have a Cancellation Policy? Yes, our cancellation policy is very liberal because we understand the RV lifestyle and because we include Emergency Trip Cancellation Insurance on all vacations for our guests. For details see our Policies on page 65. Do You Schedule Potlucks? Potlucks are not part of our scheduled itineraries. However, if part or the entire group wants to get together and bring a dish, then our staff will facilitate that process. Potlucks are not a requirement and are completely optional. GUIDES
The Best Guides in the Business AN EXTRAORDINARY TEAM
M
any things set us apart. First and foremost are our tour guides whose passion and knowledge bring it all together. Our field staff is carefully screened and selected for their leadership ability, customer service, organizational and mechanical skills, and RVing experience. We have a team of friendly people who love to travel and love sharing the fun with you. One of the most important factors about our wagonmasters is that over half of them are also part owner in the company and are Fantasy LLC members…they have a vested interest in making sure you have the best vacation possible. Doesn’t get any better than that! We empower our staff with unsurpassed training and resources because we know that the quality of our wagonmasters is imperative for delivering a memorable vacation for you. Each team receives practical tour training in the field, traveling on our routes and learning our standard practices. Fantasy goes beyond the standard and our teams dedicate 40 hours a year to re-sharpen their hospitality skills in a specialized training class at our headquarters. We make certain that our customers get the very best and friendliest customer service every time they call. From all of us at Fantasy to every single customer, we will do everything possible to “earn” your business and keep you as part of our cherished family. Repeatedly, RV guests tell us their guides are the best part of the tour.

Price Guarantee Once you make your deposit on your vacation, we guarantee the price! (Valid on all vacations except Overseas) If our suppliers increase their prices you will not be stuck with an additional cost on your trip. When you reserve today, you do not have to worry about a price increase with us. Overseas & Polar Bear Price Policy Our trip cost is based on the airfare, train, tundra buggy and other transportation pricing we receive in 2010. The actual cost for that transportation with any fuel surcharges will be finalized with our vendors150 days prior to the departure date for your trip, as vendors will not guarantee their prices with us until 150 days prior to departure date. We would like to guarantee the pricing you received, but to ensure that we are financially able to run the trip, we are forced to pass on any increase in transportation fees and fuel surcharges. Our trip prices are published two to three years prior to departure. Between then and the time we are able to lock in our vendor prices, we are occasionally faced with currency fluctuations that we cannot absorb. In the rare instance that we have to make adjustments to your final balance, it will be reflected in your statement, which will be due 120 days before your trip departs. All though this is our policy we have never had to ask a customer to pay more after they book their trip. Payment A deposit of 15% and the $89.00 non-refundable processing fee confirms your reservation. Final balance is due 90 days prior to departure (120 days for Overseas & Polar Bear). Many guests take advantage of our interest free E-Z monthly payment plan. Call us for details at (800) 952-8496, or ask your Fantasy Travel Ambassador. Medical Emergency When you travel with us, your vacation includes cancellation insurance, emergency medical assistance, rig recovery, and medical evacuation coverage. Once you make your tour reservation your cancellation insurance
coverage begins. Should you or an immediate loved one have a major medical emergency which prevents you from traveling you will receive a refund of monies paid (less 3% + $89 processing fee). If you have a medical emergency covered by Fantasy’s Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you will receive a pro-rated refund on the unused portion of your trip. Fantasy is the only RV Tour Company providing these added benefits. Your peace of mind is very important to us! Mechanical Breakdown If you have a mechanical breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you will receive a pro-rated credit toward a future tour with us less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Fantasy on your behalf. Standard Cancellation Policy Our cancellation policy is very liberal because we understand the RV lifestyle and therefore we provide Trip Cancellation Interruption Insurance with every reservation. If you cancel your vacation at any time up to departure date, for any reason covered under Fantasy’s Trip Cancellation Interruption Insurance, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, less $89 and 3% administrative fee. If you cancel for any reason not covered by Fantasy’s Trip Cancellation Interruption Insurance up to 60 days prior to departure and you switch to a different date or different trip we will apply your funds to the tour you switch to; if you do not switch there will be an administrative fee equal to the 15% deposit. If you cancel 59 to 21 days prior to departure you will be refunded 70% of the tour price you paid. If you cancel 20 days or less prior to departure you will be refunded 50% of the tour price you paid. Cancellation Policy for Overseas & Polar Bear If you need to cancel your Overseas or Polar Bear vacation at any time up to departure date, for any reason covered by Fantasy’s Trip Cancellation
Interruption Insurance, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, less a 3% administrative fee. If you cancel up to 120 days prior to departure, for any reason not covered by Fantasy’s Trip Cancellation Interruption Insurance, for you or a guest and you switch to a different date or different trip we will apply your funds to the tour you switch to; if you do not switch there will be an administrative fee equal to the 15% deposit. If you cancel 119 to 90 days prior to departure, you will be refunded 75% of the tour price you paid. If you cancel 89 to 30 days prior to departure, you will receive 50% of the tour price you paid. If you cancel 29 days or less you will receive 25% of the tour price you paid. It is necessary to retain a percentage of your tour price due to nonrefundable deposits remitted to airlines, motorhome rentals, and hotels on your behalf. Cancellations In Writing All cancellations must be received in writing and mailed to Fantasy RV Tours, 6655 West Sahara Ave, Suite E-102, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
