foreword Dear Adult & Student Board, It is the season of club rush and dues submission so it has been a busy time for myself and the Treasurer’s Committee. However, we are positive all the hard work we have put in will yield a successful year for our members and the District! So please keep this sentiment in mind while balancing school and KIWIN’S duties this year. All the sleepless nights and stress are ultimately worth the benefit of our members! Late September- Have a board meeting planning for dues! September-October-Begin to have your general meetings September-October 16- Pass out application at meetings & remind members
OCTOBER 2015 October 1-16- Start collecting dues & membership applications October 17- Fill out MUC October 18- print out invoice/pay with credit card October 19- Give to Kiwanis/ school bookkeeper/ ASB finance window/ advisor October 23- Mail with invoice and check to KCI Check the MUC to make sure the check was received by Nov 1
SEPTEMBER DUES & MEMBERSHIP REPORT
As of October 7, 2015, 43 out of 43 active clubs have submitted their membership dues. The current paid rate for the CNH KIWIN’S District is 100%. Schools previously on suspension status that have not submitted their reactivation fees are now inactive in effect on October 1, 2015. LtG’s and Regional Advisors have been notified.

REPORT Two divisions still have not started fundraising for the Pediatric Trauma Program. We’ve all been doing really well with the Eliminate Project, which is great, but make sure to push all your divisions to fundraise for PTP as Fall Rally is coming up.
