Theatre & Dance TADA

TaDa Theatre & Dance Early Childhood

Little Dancers (ages 3 & 4 yrs.) In this class, students will sing, dance

Tai Chi

Chi Gong means, “breath work”. Learn how to use your breath to recon-

nect the body with the world around us. Practicing Chi Gong exercises in conjunction with the breath will create a balanced flow of “chi.” This Eastern energy system, thousands of years old, is still widely used today. Modern science has proven chi gong to reduce stress, improve our balance and posture, build muscle, regenerate tissue and bone, circulate blood and most of all, create inner peace.

Tai Chi means “grand supreme ultimate”. Connect the body and breath to

the cosmos through this moving meditation. Build a foundation of strength, balance and calm with these beautiful postures. Using our breath, we will learn to reconnect with our “chi”, an eastern term used to describe the energy within us, proven to heal.

memories hanging in our closet that we haven’t worn in years, yet can’t bear to throw away; ripped jackets, bridal gowns and that pair of jeans that haven’t fit since you were 18. We try them on privately in our more sentimental moments and then quickly banish them back to the “hanger of no return”. However, with a little patience, minimal skill and a bit of vision you can transform these old and outgrown garments into new, improved pieces for the new, improved you. So cancel that trip to Goodwill. Let fashion designer Jaja show you how to turn your moth fodder into a gold mine with a pair of scissors and a dream.
