First, I had imported and traced out the drawings in Autocad according to layers.

After that, I imported the dwg file into Rhino.

Extrude Floor slab 400mm
Select Crv > -Extrude Crv- > Type in the height
Use -Extrude Crv- for floor slab and wall

Draw Stair's step by using -copy-

doors.
Create doors and windows openings by using -make holecreate a solid > move solid to the wall to cut > make hole windows openings

Create Hole at floor slab by using -boolean difference-

use -boolean split- for frame and glass. After that, use -scale 1d- to resize the thickness of glass.
other details:
8 railings Use solid tool to create a cylinder. use -rotate 3d- to turn it vertically 90 degree.
snap the object to the right point and use -array- for the other same elements.

roof: create a flat roof with box
rotate 3d > Select the object > pick the start of rotation axis > pick the end of rotation axis > type the angle

since i am not creating a floating roof but a monopitch roof, the walls and roof have to be connect. use -move edge- to move the edge of the wall up. move edge > select the edges

now, more details coming! use -array- for wooden platform

other details: 1. wooden platform 2. beam for ceiling 3. wooden frame wall

for the timber wall which overlap with the roof i use -trim- to remove the unnecessary part

the building is built on the sea to create the water, draw 2 intersect line with -curves- > -sweep 1- > select the rail > select the other curve
17 to built the contour, draw the contour lines with curve > select the curve > -patch- > select the stiffness > ok *the stiffness choosen will effect the outcome of contour create

last, trim off the contour draw a box according to the boundary of size > -trim- > delete box
19 use "named views"for convenient purpose to refer back to the previous persoective view rotate to the view you want > go to set view > named views > save as
test render - I am using
vray plugin with rhino

to apply transparency, click This small circle button
set the colour and transparency level
set the colour tone you want
21 to set the size of render image,go to vray options. there will be different kind of setting
click "output" and set the image size
