red wine and chocolate stains on our linens. After all, this is a wedding! Our couples are never charged extra for any wine or food stains. When booking your dĂŠcor and rentals it is very important to discuss ahead of time what you may be liable for if there is damage. Every company will have their own set of policies.

If your wedding is more than 10 kilometres from the heart of Winnipeg, this might add a significant cost to your rental total. Having your ceremony and reception in the same location will shave down these costs as well, since this will cut transport time for your vendors.
FACTOR IN FLORALS If you’re like most brides, you’ll be spending a significant sum on flowers no matter how you spin it. Tessa from

What helps us the most is when a bride comes to us with a budget, no matter if it's $500 or $3000. We can re-create any look and stay within a budget if you are open to floral suggestions,” says Tessa.

When she noticed an unopened, book-shaped present under the Christmas tree, she knew it was a new journal, which Christian bought for her every year to help her make lists and keep organized. With the help of SOIRÉE EVENT PLANNING, the couple pulled together a sweet and sophisticated wedding with bursts of colour coming from jewel toned florals. They booked Curtis’s favourite band before anything, and the rest fell into place shortly after.
IN THE WORDS OF THE BRIDE KELEIGH, “When you know, you just know.” She met Curtis in June of 2011, and the pair were engaged a short eight months later. Curtis rushed home with an armful of roses, late from picking up a princess cut engagement ring, and popped the question. Keleigh, completely blind-sided, responded with a, “What are you doing?” before she could gather her words and say, “Yes!”
