When the couple spent a month apart while Ila travelled through Australia and New Zealand, they knew they could survive anything together. The night when she returned from her trip, Casper presented Ila with a custom designed silver ring, made special with a diamond extracted from his own ring, and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him.

It was a game of chance that led Chanin to meet Bobby one fateful day at the local IGA where they both worked.

Finding herself bored during her first shift, she decided to talk to whoever was the next person to come up the stairs. That person just so happened to be Bobby. Not only did they find out that they had common interests, they also found out they shared mutual friends and had missed meeting each other on numerous occasions. The more they talked, the more the similarities became apparent and this led Chanin to make up any reason to go to the IGA in hopes of bumping into Bobby. When Bobby let slip that he had purchased a ring, Chanin was convinced that he would never surprise her with the proposal and while planning their trip to Minneapolis, she made sure to leave spaces in their itinerary to provide him the opportune moment to propose. Unbeknownst to her, Bobby had something different planned. The night before they were to leave on their trip, Bobby surprised Chanin with roses and a bottle of her favourite wine and presented her with the diamond ring she had been waiting for.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MIX IDEAS FROM SNOW WHITE, JACK FROST, AND A GROUP OF TALENTED MANITOBA VENDORS INTO ONE? Our job was made easy this winter when we walked into Niverville Heritage Centre and discovered it was already perfectly decorated with snowflakes, a room full of deep red wine linens, and a stunning entryway. On this winter afternoon, the windows at Niverville Heritage Centre cast the perfect light over our long styled table, and Willowlane Flowers blew us away with gorgeous floral arrangements and bridal bouquets â&#x20AC;&#x201C; including a winter bridal muff!

As a gem quality laboratory grown pink diamond, it is grown under the same conditions and is guaranteed to possess the identical physical, optical, and chemical properties as an earth grown diamond. What makes this ring so amazing is the fact that if a pink diamond of that brilliance, size, and cut came from a diamond mine, the cost of the ring would be over $200k. Sutton Smithworks secured the diamond from a Canadian source to make this ring. The difference between this one and a mined diamond is the laser inscription that identifies the polished weight and clarity and identifies it as a lab creation. The cost? Just under $6k. THE FLORAL FIXX TEAM'S CONCEPT for this styled shoot was to infuse brightness into a dramatic, urban venue with vibrant florals complemented by accents of gold, copper, and pearl. Our Floral Fixx designers took inspiration from watercolour paintings by blending together both soft and saturated shades of pinks, oranges, and purples. One night, with plans to watch the fireworks, Kim couldn’t help but notice that Taylor was dressed nicely without his signature hat on when he came to pick her up. Knowing that Taylor liked to give her little surprises while they travelled, Kim thought nothing of this until they pulled up to a helicopter which quickly whisked them away. Mesmerized by the Disney fireworks they were watching while suspended in the sky, Kim looked over at Taylor and saw in his hands a stunning ring as he asked her to spend the rest of her life with him.

REAL WINNIPEG WEDDING

A S T R E M E N D O U S FA N S O F W I N T E R , Kim and Taylor decided that a mystical winter wonderland theme would be perfect for their wedding in February. LED uplighting was scattered across the Greenwood Ballroom and moving head lights were used to execute the wintery visual effects with an extra special touch being provided by the ice sculptures acting as the centrepieces, DJ booth, and ice martini bar. When Kim walked into the ballroom that day and saw her vision come to life, it took her breath away.

It was recently picked up by a major agency, who hopes to air the footage in Asia over the span of the next year. With more and more couples opting to invest in cinematography, Michael sees a major rise in the quality of filming happening in weddings nowadays. As a former director of photography for commercial film projects, he believes that cinematography will continue to increase substantially in popularity over the next few year. THE 2013 RELEASE OF DISNEY'S FROZEN, an embellished and stunning interpretation of the Snow Queen, left a resounding imprint on the entertainment industry, and inspired countless fan renditions of its most popular songs, including some with stunning cinematic displays of their own. At It's Love, we couldn't help but fall in love with both the beauty and the message of female strength that it created, and this winter we decided to do partner with Pelo Loco Salon & Spa to imagine what our own version of the movie's characters might look like, especially in a stunning setting such as a frosted winter wedding.
