DCA Welcomes a New President
The First 60 Days: Time Flies When You’re Having Fun. I don’t know who came up with the phrase “time flies when you’re having fun,” but they are certainly correct in their perspective.

I have been having so much fun and I can’t believe sixty days has gone by already. Oh, don’t get me wrong, there have been some challenges along the way (i.e. the security event on day six); but, this team pulled together quickly and implemented plans to get through it. This brings me to my first
Second observation: PEOPLE. The warm welcome I have received from across the entire organization has been inspiring. I have had the great pleasure of doing a number of office visits in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Texas, and Virginia. I had meet and greet calls with all the regional managers, the executive team,

It was incredible to see everyone in our organization come together during a high-pressure situation; and, I will tell you that everyone pulled their weight from the offices to the field support, to the support center. Everyone had each other’s back and I was really impressed how the team executed.

I also was lucky enough to visit our Sarasota Support Center, and was able to meet and greet a few team members who are working so hard to support our offices across the country. In all instances, the people I talked with have authentically welcomed me with open arms to our organization.
