Bail Enforcer Academy: Phase IV CLEET Approved
Receive instruction in firearm nomenclature and inspection, shooting fundamentals, safety, and 24 hours of firing range shooting. Sessions one and two meet at Francis Tuttle. Last three days meet at designated firing range. Students may participate in training and receive certification with a revolver or a semi-automatic pistol. Minimum caliber for semi-auto pistols is 9mm and .38sp for revolvers. REQUIREMENTS: Student must be 21 years or older, with 100% attendance. Student must have a reliable and safe service-type firearm that will pass a safety inspection by the instructor, plus a strong side belt-supported holster and at least three extra clips with magazine pouches or speed loaders. Students will supply their own firearms, plus 400 rounds of factory loaded ammunition for their handgun. High School Students
Class Times
As a high school student, you can enroll FREE. To attend tuition-free, you must be a junior or senior attending high school in one of the following school districts: Cashion, Crescent, Deer Creek, Edmond, Millwood, Putnam City or Western Heights. You can also attend free if you are a home-schooled student living in the Francis Tuttle school district.
Career training program classes are held Monday through Friday at the following times (times for some classes may vary):
ACADEMIES: Sophomores in the Francis Tuttle district can attend our Biosciences & Medicine Academy, Pre-Engineering Academy or Computer Science Academy tuition-free!
Financial Aid
Adult Students For adult students, tuition for career training programs is $2.00 per clock hour times the number of hours in the program’s career major. Please check with an advisor to determine the tuition for individual programs.

Financial aid is available for qualifying adults over the age of 18 years and is based on financial need. Financial aid is available for most of our career training programs. Adult & Career Development Refund Policy • Refunds must be requested a minimum of 3 business days prior to the first class meeting in order to qualify for a full refund. • Refunds requested less than 3 business days before class begins will be subject to a $10 processing fee. • Online class refunds must be requested prior to the start of the second week and on-campus class refunds must be requested prior to the beginning of the second class meeting. No refunds will be issued after the start of the second week for online courses or after the second class meeting has started. • For fees paid by check, please allow 10 banking days for refund processing. • For fees paid by cash, VISA, MasterCard or Discover, please allow 5 business days for refund processing. • Textbook refunds are not available. • Payment in full is required at the time of enrollment. • Classes canceled by Francis Tuttle will qualify for a full refund.
