ALL PARKS INSURANCE is a specialised underwriting agency, established in May 2011 to cover the specialised needs of the caravan park proprietor. Our policy was written specifi cally for caravan parks and is therefore unlike the majority of policies o ered by other insurers, who simply try to adapt their standard commercial package policy wordings.
All Parks Insurance might seem a new contender in the market, but director Julie Pernecker isn’t. The former manager of Parks Insurance and more recently Lumley Insurance, Julie is now heading up All Parks Insurance, making it the number-one insurer for caravan parks in Australia. Before selling Parks Insurance in 2006, Julie and her father, Rob, had established themselves as insurance specialists for the parks and resorts industry. With more than 20 years of experience in insuring caravan parks, Julie and her team understand that your everyday insurance needs require special attention and are here to make sure it all runs smoothly.
At All Parks Insurance, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional service and a superior specialised wording to match. JULIE PERNECKER, DIRECTOR
JULIE PERNECKER joined the insurance industry in 1996 as part of her father’s underwriting agency, Parks Insurance. She then decided to expand her knowledge of insurance by taking a position at an international broking fi rm; however, after two years, she made the move back to the family business so she could continue to specialise in insuring caravan parks.
Before selling Parks Insurance to Lumley in 2006, Julie and her father, Rob, had established themselves as parks and resorts industry insurance specialists, increasing their portfolio from just 22 parks to more than 1,400 Australiawide. Julie had built many wonderful relationships with her customers and couldn’t dream of not being there for them, so when the business was sold, she ensured that she was able to join the Lumley team, where she would still be able to apply her expertise and support her clients.
Julie and her team started up All Parks Insurance in 2011, where her aim remains unchanged: to continue supporting the caravan park industry as a specialist underwriting agency. Julie sees the caravan park industry as part of her extended family and strives to provide them with the old-fashioned service and work ethic they deserve. She values commitment, honesty and integrity and is there to take each step in the insurance process along with her clients, from the beginning right through to the end.
Julie is an ANZIIF (Senior Associate) CIP and also holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Insurance Broking.
