SUZIE O’HAGAN, ShieldCover’s underwriting manager, has spent more than 16 years in the insurance industry and has extensive knowledge in underwriting, managing binders and process change management. With her IT background, O’Hagan has been one of the driving forces for ShieldCover’s technological advancement, constantly pushing for more e cient and automated solutions in line with the ShieldCover ethos to work smarter, not harder.

O’Hagan inspires ShieldCover to have a distinct edge in insurance expertise and placing unconventional risks. She credits her adeptness in the industry partly to participating in a secondment in London, where she gained fi rsthand experience working with a Lloyd’s broker and developed meaningful relationships with Lloyd’s syndicates.
