Arrival times Registration will open 1 hour 30 minutes before the start of the conference. Registration Registration will be at the registration desks of the CTICC, Cape Town. You need not bring anything along with you as you are automatically added to the attendee list when you register. Please note that parking is complimentary and you can collect your ticket at the help desk. At registration you will receive your delegate badge - without a badge you will not be allowed into the main plenary. Dress Code Smart Casual Address The CEM Africa summit will be hosted at the CTICC 1, in the Jasminium & Stralitzia Conservatories, and lower level Auditorium 2. The event will be accessible from the main entrance's labelled 1 & 2 from lower long street, and the overhead bridge from the Westin Hotel. Parking There is underground parking provided at the venue. We recommend you bring a power bank/additional battery packs as charging ports are limited. Business cards - networking is our main objective, although you are able to swop contacts via the app we recommend bringing along business cards for any additional people you would like to connect with. You can kindly contact us to assist you with your cancellation. Please have your name and confirmation number ready before hand. How can I substitute myself online with someone else? Step 4: Insert email address and Confirmation number Step 5: Then select ‘OK’ Step 6: You will then see 4 orange tabs, scroll down a bit Step 7: Select lect ‘more options’ you will see a drop down Step 8: Click ‘substitute - name change’ Step 9: Fill in the persons information you are replacing them with then select next Where can I see/modify my workshop selection? Simply follow these steps to make your selection: Step 1 Access your profile - click here Step 2 because you are already registered you can llog in using your confirmation number Step 3 Select "Modify" - this is located on the left hand side of your screen in orange Step 4 Check your details! Give your personal details the once over to ensure we have the correct information on record for you Step 5 Click "Next" - this can be found at the bottom of your screen on the right Step 6 Select your sessions. Select ONE workshop for each of the four sessions that you would like to attend.


*If the workshop you would like to attend has been fully booked, you will be added to a waiting list. In the interim, please also select a second option, should a space not open in your first. Step 7 Continue to click "Next" until you can complete and save your selections Step 8 Please be advised that no selections can be made via email or via telephone. What happens if I can’t find/forgot my confirmation number?

The Access pass that was given to me isn’t working when I want to register. Can you assist? The reason for this might be that the voucher capacity has been reached.
