Obituary Of Leroy Hargrove III
Leroy Hargrove III Born on February 12, 1989 to Leroy Hargrove Jr. and Carolyn Ross. Leroy graduated from Southwest High School in 2007. Leroy did not attend college, nor did he want to. His passion for learning came from his eager desire to live life and experience everything it had to offer. Leroy was filled with many talents. He was a gifted artist and some of his artwork continues to live in and around the community he grew up in. Leroy’s artwork is only surpassed by his extra ordinary ability on the skateboard, in which he was well known for in San Antonio. He had a fondness for fast cars and racing. Before his death, Leroy and a childhood friend was
working on a restoring car from scratch. Leroy even painted the car himself. Leroy’s cars only had one seat in the front, which was the driver’s seat. The back seats were left intact and when asked why Leroy would always say, “because no one rides in my car but me and Harmony!” If there was anything in the world that Leroy loved the most, it would be his daughter Harmony Lynn Hargrove. Harmony was a gift from God that Leroy loved more than life itself.
Leroy leaves to cherish his memories, his long time girlfriend, Melanie Benitez, his only daughter Harmony Lynn Hargrove, his mother, Carolyn Ross, father, Leroy Hargrove (Tometra), sister, Danielle Neal, half sisters, Breanna, Zyonne and Anicia Hargrove, grandmother, Evon Ross, his favorite uncle, Horse Ross, and a host of other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
