Born with Godgifted abilities Dr. Abdul Samad Musafir Born with God-gifted abilities such as the ability of marvelous healing, enhanced intellect and mind powers, super-activated energy centers (chakras), magnetic and telekinetic endowment and a gigantic aura signaling towards his advanced magnetic frequencies, the boy was no less than a miracle of Allah (God). With his marvelous healing abilities either by touching people or by healing them at distance, the boy became the centre of attraction for everyone around. At the early age of 9, this boy found himself surrounded by the multitudes of disquieted, diseased and wretched ones. Soon he became the symbol of hope for the hopeless, reliance for the ones drowning and most definitely the one to look upon when every other healing system/method had failed.
WORLD'S AMAZING HEALER A Child Born with Miraculous Healing Energies! A Child with Incredible Mind Powers! A Child with Startling Abilities! A Child with Marvelous Skills to Shock the World!
His reputation grew with every passing day and so did his renown. He was still a young boy when people from far and near places began sending delegations, requesting him to visit their towns to heal the people suffering from incurable diseases. There came a time when he had to heal hundreds or sometimes thousands of people at a time: exhibiting an awe-inspiring display of highly advanced healing powers.
Ultimate Success His splendor was not limited to healing diseases alone. His presence in town meant more fortune for the people; they started placing stones and rocks energized by his hands amidst the canals to irrigate their fields. The energized water irrigated their crops and resulted in significantly higher yield.

The positive effects of his powers……….. Consequently, the number of deprived masses coming to seek his assistance kept on increasing until it became impossible for him to cater everyone. But still refusing to help those distressed people was never an option for him. Such situation made him to think about finding a way to make more people like himself. So he eventually decided to first learn and understand his own powers and transfer them to people around to make them heal themselves and others successfully. *Research & Development Phase Prof. Abdul Samad has been blessed with the innate ability to cure chronic diseases within shortest span of time. This miraculous ability made him curious to research over it & to develop an organized healing system through which other human beings would also become able to heal themselves without any side effect. This curiosity and extensive research of decades paved the way for the establishment of Zheel Sciences Studies and Research Center (ZSSRC) in 1993 to bring all kinds of natural healing methods under one roof. He has deeply studied world ancient civilizations and their amazing powers, archeology, exobiology, mind sciences, hidden powers of human mind and body, psychology and human behavior. This vast array of knowledge led him to write 15 books on various subjects exploring the amazing ways to get healthy and successful life in this distressed and hopeless world.
He has also discovered life changing formulas and converted them into complete systems ready to be implemented after attending just 2-3 sessions. It includes SAMDA, HMF & PMBL. When everyone says you are Failure, As I’ve already mentioned in my previous article that I choose this profession of teaching to spread awareness in the people. On this road, I learn everything in my life. I never learn practical life with any teacher. Every person make hopes, desires and wishes, 99% peoples saying only one thing I am not successful. NO body is successful in reality means every person never makes a constant wishes like:
A person in 10
th
standard thinks that when I’ll pass the 10th standard, I will be happy. After. He thinks that when I get admission in high-level college then I will be successful. After college thought change and decide when I got engineering or medical or commerce etc final degree then I will be successful. Finally he completes his education. Thought again change decided when I got a good job then I feel happiness…continue……. One person born and die but never stop wishes and dreams. Then how can any person successful. I am successful ohh, i mean every person is successful when we feel happy in every step of life. Try to make happy at any stage of life. According to my view, failure word is incorrect. Nobody is failure in the world. In every 10 Mints 10 thousand people’s die in the world. If we live in every new seconds, then we are successful as compare to die. When you are live then you can do everything, then how can you feel a failure.
“ When everyone say you are failure, failure , failure whatever you are successful . you will become a failure “

Positivity, Encouragement, Emotional support, Optimism, and discipline were just few of the things I remember in the earlier part of my life. Whatever I accomplished in life had a great deal to do with the way my parents brought me up It all Started from Karachi! I was raised in a very educated family in Karachi. A family full of Ph.D’s, Doctors, Lawyers etc. I have had a very happy and fulfilled childhood. My parents gave me the two best things a child could ask for, one: A lot of love and care, two: the best education one can ask for. I graduated from an Irish Catholic Missionary High School in Karachi. I was absolutely fortunate enough to receive quality education in a country where other fellow children could rarely afford to attend schools because of financial constraints. Owing to better grades in my class, I was promoted twice, once from 5th grade to 7th grade and again from 7th to the 9th grade. Karachi at that time was very peaceful and full of life and children had fewer restrictions from their parents. This enabled us to do quite a few things on our own which resulted in a higher level of confidence as children.
We travelled to the schools on our own, went for tuitions on our own, went to the parks and sports arenas alone, it taught us to be selfreliant. It brought humility and humbleness in our character. Early Life As far back as I look, I find that whatever I accomplished in life had a great deal to do with the way my parents brought me up. Positivity, encouragement, emotional support, optimism, and discipline were just few of the things I remember in the earlier part of my life. I was not a very athletic child except for swimming, horseback riding and some occasional sports here and there. This left me with a lot of time on my hands while other kids were out playing cricket and other sports, I spent my time reading comic books etc. Inadvertently I became an avid reader and I think this lead me to excel in my education as well.
Since I graduated two years earlier than my peers from High School, I went to college two years earlier than others also. I studied Physics and Math for the first two years and later on changed my major to Finance and Economics. I fell in love with Finance. I took every possible course, Elective or Major, just to gain more knowledge of the financial world and the global economies. Back in my college days there was no internet in the late eighties, so we all had to rely on the books from our college library. A great deal of my time was spent in the library reading books on finance and the Capital Markets became my passion.

“GIVING UP Is Just ONE Choice… Concentrate On The MILLION Others.” From 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. I worked full time and attended my classes from 4:45 to 11:30, studied in the library till 2:00 a.m and the same routine the next day. Weekends were spent working 16 hour days at AT&T as a Desk Security Guard. I wanted a break into the banking system and after two years of this hectic working schedule, I landed a job at The People’s Bank in New Brunswick, New Jersey, as a teller while continuing my education. While working at the bank and attending my classes in the evening, the entrepreneur inside lead me to find a partner and open up two Movie Rental Franchises in New Jersey by the name of Prime Time Videos. I had become a business owner while I was a teenager and all this while I was still in college.
Part of Elite Investment Banking & Political Fraternity in America! My first professional job was with the world’s largest financial services company at that time, The Prudential Financial Services. I was hired as a Trainee in Taxation & Estate Planning Division, at Woodbridge New Jersey. I finished my 18 month training in just 12 months by appearing for Series 6, 7, 64, 63, and 62. All in all I passed over 12 capital markets exams in my career, all the way to the CEO level. I was promoted to the management level but I was not very happy because I wanted to work on Wall Street and be in the middle of all the action of the Capital Markets. I moved from The Prudential Financial Services to its division,
The PruBache, its Capital Markets Division at the Penn Plaza, New York. My Manager, Abe Bornstein, was one of the most shrewd Wall Street Professionals and I learnt a great deal from him in a very short period of time. Any Way, this is where my Wall Street Career began. I got hired by a smaller investment bank right on Wall Street as an assistant Vice President and I never looked back from that point onwards. Keep in mind that most of the sales side professionals on Wall Street work only on commissions, this could be a negative or a positive thing depending on the kind of personality you posses.

As my career progressed, I felt that something was still amiss.
For me it was very positive. It allowed me to control the financial destiny of my own life. Few years later I moved to another investment bank as a Senior Executive Vice President, International Investment Banking Division. I started to handle international clients and being a bilinguist, it turned out to be beneficial for my career. The next step was to open up my own Boutique Investment Bank on Wall Street. And this dream too, by the Grace of God, came true in 1995. KMS Investment bank came into existence as the first Muslim owned investment bank in the history of Wall Street. By this time, I had gathered a few hundred million dollars of assets under Advisory & Management and had done over 40 or so investment banking deals, including IPO’s and secondary financing. Side by side I had started to take a keen interest in politics and I was one of the biggest contributors to the Republican Party. I always believed that Muslims in any country that they permanently settle into should become active in the Democratic process of that country to have their voice counted.
Amongst many other
political achievements, I had also become the Member of the Governor’s Council, for the Governor of New Jersey, Christine Todd Whitman, and also a member of the Republican Presidential Task Force, first Pakistani ever to have had these honors in America.

Islamic Finance to America “I wanted to give something back to the people of my culture, religion and ethnicity, something more than just money”
Life took a turn and I came across an article in a Middle Eastern Financial Magazine on Islamic Banking on one of my frequent trips to see my clients in the GCC. It caught my attention. I saw Islamic Banking not as just a vehicle of financial transactions for the Muslim but for every person, because the true spirit of Islamic Banking was “MUSHARIKA”, Mutual Participation of Investors in an investment program. This is what the entire Wall Street was doing anyway. Finding investors and matching them with Ideas to invest in. I immediately, upon returning from my trip, immersed myself into reading up on the basic tenets of Islamic Banking. Six months of meeting the scholars, Reading, talking to my colleagues on Wall Street, Speaking to my clients, came to a decision to open up a fully staffed Islamic Banking Division within my Investment Bank. I felt that there was a huge market in America and the Western world for Islamic Financial products, not just for Muslims but for everyone. No Financial institution in America was willing to invest in this venture. One, because it was going to cost a few million dollars a year to staff it with professionals and two, because you would have to develop a market for these products yourself before you could see any return on your investments as an investment bank. Our regular investment banking activity was generating enough revenues for us to sustain a long term investment into Islamic Banking Market. I decided to go ahead with this idea. I put together a team of Non Wall Street Financial services industry professionals because I wanted this team to have fresh ideas, no preconceived notions of the inner workings of Wall Street. Amongst others, I hired a Business Development Executive from Mashreq Bank in Mid Town Manhattan by the name of Rushdie Siddiqui who later on went from my investment bank to head the Islamic Banking Benchmark Index that we developed as our first product, with Dow Jones Indices. Our first product was KMS-SAMI ( KMS Socially Aware Muslim Index) which we launched at Harvard University Islamic Finance and Information Program, HIFIP, ceremony in 1998. It was covered by MEED (Middle Eastern Economic Digest), Khaleej Times, Gulf News, Financial Times, The Islamic Banker Magazine, and Newspapers in Bahrain,
Qatar, Saudi, Oman, Jordan, England, America, India, Pakistan just to name a few countries. It was the world’s first Islamic banking Index which covered more than 38 Capital Markets around the world.
It was received an amazing welcome from almost every Middle Eastern Country. Newspapers were full of praise and the Islamic Scholars were praising the efforts we had put in.
We subsequently came up with Equity Card, Mutual Fund, Islamic Product Back Securitization, just to mention a few ideas. And the price I paid for my success was also Islamic Banking. I made quite a few unknown and powerful enemies on Wall Street because I was trying to introduce something which had a potential market in early 1990’s of over $100 Billion dollars according to some estimates by Wall Street Journal at that time. In other words, every dollar being put into Islamic banking meant a dollar less for
Ultimate Success Mir’s World
investments in the conventional products on Wall Street. Also because our first financial product, Islamic Equity Index, itself was so revolutionary that it became a threat to many who were against Islamic Banking to be introduced into mainstream America. You can guess who those people or institutions or Governmental bodies they might have been who opposed even the mention of the word “Islamic” in the same sentence as Wall Street. The old saying “When you cannot attack a man’s accomplishments, attack his reputation” had begun to show its ugly face in my professional life. My professional life was becoming almost impossible to deal with. I was young, I was full of zest for life and I never thought that one cannot change the ‘System’. An individual is no match against institutional and governmental powers. Anywhere in the world, be it America or any other country. Looking back I realize today that I had also opened up multiple fronts at one time and had spread myself too thin.
Bringing out IPO’s every month, Financing Private Placements, Trading departments of Equity and Debt instruments, Investment Advisory Department watching over a few Billion Dollars around the world, and to top it all off, the most time consuming yet thought occupying, revenue less exercise of coming up with Islamic Banking Products on Wall Street, just managing the heads of each departments required hours upon hours of meetings every week. Adding to all this was travelling around America and giving lectures on Islamic Banking. An uphill battle because even to American Muslims, Islamic Banking was an alien idea at that time.
Challenges faced being a Muslim Investment Banker Let me give you an idea of the challenges I faced being a Muslim Founder and CEO of an Investment Bank on Wall Street. Most of us came to notice the difficulties of being a Muslim very recently after some tragic world events. I believe that 95 percent of the people of any country are very open minded and tolerant. But I have also seen that the remaining 5%, if powerful enough, can ruin other people’s lives. That 5% could be Governmental Officials or huge corporation with vested interests in world economies with an ever growing desire to profit and rule. Once I started to promote Islamic Banking on Wall Street, I began to realize that I was losing colleagues and losing deals albeit at a very slow rate in the beginning.
Without naming anybody, I was warned over and over again to contain my activities but I think I had gone so deep into it that turning back was not an option, even if I had wanted to. I began to pull away from public appearances and lectures to create a temporarily visible distance but the team I had put together was coming up with innovation on top of innovations in Islamic Banking for that part of the world, and this created further complications.
Ultimate Success Mir’s World Just to add a comment, so that the readers can understand, on Wall Street, it is almost impossible not to have been sued or complained against by your clients when market goes the other way. Because U.S. Securities laws allow for clients to sue you for three times the money lost and there are hundreds and hundreds of securities lawyers in America who would take the case on contingency basis on behalf of the investors. Meaning, the lawyer only gets paid if he wins the case for the client. This in turn makes a client “always ready” to sue his brokerage house or his financial advisor because the client has nothing to lose. You lose a million dollars in the market and you can sue for $3 million dollars. If you win and if the lawyer even takes 30 percent, you are still left with $2 million dollars, double of what you lost in the market. An absolute win win situation. Under these circumstances only a few financial professionals are left without ever having been sued or to have been taken to arbitration by the clients. And I was one of them. I had never been sued or faced any arbitration in my entire career on Wall Street. This fact also gave me immense confidence that I had an impeccable reputation, thus nothing to worry about. Little did I understand that the threats I was facing in my career at that time were not going to be from my clients but forces that were too big for me to understand at that young age of 31 years.
Losing Fortunes: Price I Paid for Promoting Islamic Banking The Investment Bank had grown consistently year after year. I had merged the bank into a holding company I had set up with the intentions of taking the parent company public and listing it onto an exchange. The regulation, which in my view was fair enough, prohibited an investment bank to take itself public or even give a valuation to your investment bank. You needed an independent and well established investment bank to do your valuation and agree to act as the lead underwriter for your IPO. This was done in order to prevent you from giving yourself a very high valuation. There were just a few investment banks in America at that time older than two decades.
We had to find an investment bank in that category to get a fair valuation for ourselves and for them to agree to act as our investment bankers and take us public. After much hard work, we found Kashner Davidson, a 40 year old Florida based investment bank and they agreed to take us public after looking at our numbers and our business plan. The independent valuation given by Kashner Davidson to our investment bank was $150 million dollars. 10 million shares at $15 dollars a share. As the founder and chairman of the board of directors, I was left owning 80 percent of the stock of the company. You do the math to see what the net worth of the holding company would have been the day we went public. We had indications of 5 times oversubscription of the deal from our overseas clients alone.
We were offering 2 million shares to the public at $15 a share and clients had indicated a desire to buy over 10 million shares. This would have resulted in the stock going up many times the day of the IPO. Every $1 the stock would have gone up, the investment bank would have gained ten million dollars in valuation. A $50 stock would mean the investment bank was worth $500 million dollars.
Ultimate Success Mir’s World
I was planning to consolidate and take over other smaller investment banks through the holding company, once it was public, and Start an Online Investment Bank. Technology was very new to Wall Street at that time and there were hardly any investment banks based on a technology platform. Ours would have been the first one. An investment bank already had tremendous reporting requirements under the guidelines of SEC and NASD and State regulations. One’s Intention of taking an investment bank public was an absolute attestation of your will to make your operations even more transparent. And this is exactly what I had wanted. I wanted to publicly list the company onto an exchange because it would have been more difficult for anybody to disrupt our operations and growth activities as a listed entity.
The growth prospects of the company were given a further positive nod when Joe Antonini, the Chairman of Kmart, Borders Book Store, Home Depot, a $32 Billion dollar conglomerate joined the Board of Directors of my holding Company, without any compensation. It was an absolute honor. Leonard Yablon, President of the Forbes Empire also joined as a non compensated Director on the Board along with Ed Heil, Partner at Delloite & Touche, Willie Mays, The Hall Of Fame Baseball Legend also joined the board along with 7 other notable businessmen of America.
I was winning the battle in my view. Increasing revenues, the most respected Board Of Directors, Excellent Growth prospects, expansion of international operations and most importantly, Islamic Banking Activities were taking shape. Little did I know that I may have won a few battles but I was about to lose the war. I had been travelling frequently out of the states and around the world, especially the GCC, promoting the upcoming IPO of our company. Building momentum back home were our lawyers who had fulfilled all the regulatory requirements with all the authorities. Just a few weeks before we were supposed to go public, in my absence, I was told that authorities had come and without showing ANY CAUSE, had taken all the records and the hard drives from the office. No spirit of the law was followed. Absolute harassment was being thrust upon us. By this time it had become clearly evident that we would not be allowed to take our company public. My lawyers had indicated that they had never seen such prejudice before. And we had the top 3 Investment Banking law firms of America representing our IPO.
Ultimate Success Mir’s World
It had become absolutely impossible to continue conducting business under these circumstances. Undue pressure was coming from every direction from the corridors of power. We did not know who to fight and where to begin our protest. Behind all this was the New York State Attorney General of that time, Eliot Spitzer. Just his name alone can tell you his discomfort towards our Islamic Banking Efforts. This was the same Person who became the Governor of the State Of New York a few years later and was arrested for being involved in a prostitution ring by the authorities and had to resign as a Governor in disgrace. I had been on the record in many of my interviews around the world in early 2000 that Eliot Spitzer was a person of no character, and I had based my opinion on facts and years of interaction of people who had known him very closely. But at that time my protest had sounded like I was talking out of my anger for what was being done to me. The whole world came to know the truth just a few years later about the character of this person. I felt vindicated. Yet I had lost everything I had ever worked for in my life. My passion, Capital Markets, investment bank, everything was taken away from me. Anybody who knew me knew the strength of my character. As I began to fight back, certain tragic world events took place in the year 2001 and my chances of winning the case as a Muslim Investment Banker based on Wall Street, in Manhattan, a few blocks away from the center of the unspeakably horrific events, had visibly diminished.
My investment bank had closed its doors in February 1999. In October 1999, General Pervez Musharraf had come into power. The same month, I was offered a position in his Government as a Federal Advisor, Member of the think tank, National Reconstruction Bureau or NRB for short. I accepted the position with grace because I felt it was an absolute honor and the work was extremely challenging and thought provoking. Nine months had passed since the investment bank was forced to close its door. The moment I joined the Government of Pakistan in Islamabad as an Advisor, New York Times came out with an absolute rubbish article about me. It seemed like they were waiting for me to begin to put my life together and the moment I was in a powerful position again, slandering of character had begun again. I was featured on the front Page of the business section of New York Times, the entire page was dedicated to my story. The strange thing was that it was the 1st edition of the new millennium, published January 2nd 2000. According to some estimates, the advertising rates for half the front page of the millennium issue newspaper of NYT were in millions of dollars. It didn’t make any sense to publish a stale news article unless millions of dollars were being spent to defame me. This defaming and derogatory article called me “A Fugitive Financier”. Israeli and Indian newspapers jumped on the bandwagon. Rediff.com, an Indian website, spewed hatred by publishing the same twisted story and adding much more to it for the satisfaction of the Indian masses. But the Government, people and the journalistic community of Pakistan supported me thoroughly. Hamid Mir was the first journalist to interview me and printed my interview in its entirety on the front page of his newspaper, Ausaf. Every known journalist and almost all newspapers in Pakistan carried my interviews. Gulf newspapers and Magazines, Qatar Times, Gulf News Friday Edition, Khaleej Times and several Arabic papers gave me coverage. “A Fugitive Financier”?? Logically I came to this conclusion:

Rebuilding Life in Dubai
In early 2001, after serving Pakistan, I decided to move to Dubai because I wanted to set up a venture capital firm. God gave me that opportunity and in Partnership with one of the most well known families of UAE, I began to buy out technology companies. Our first venture was taking over Focus Softnet. An internet city based Software development firm with offices around the world. The second venture was TeckStoxx FZ LLC, a telecommunication equipment provider. Then came an opportunity to acquire PGM London Limited. PGM with offices in Dubai, London, Paris and Milan, traded in Platinum. After this venture, we never looked backed. I was able to get back on my feet but some personal tragic event I went through in early 2004 left me scarred for some time to come. I threw myself deep into writing and finished my Auto Biography which will be published soon.
I was also bestowed with the privilege of raising two young sons as a single parent and I feel that this responsibility for the past 9 years has made me into a better person. Now that both my boys are in the teens and about to start college in a few years, I have decided to get back into the capital markets again. But this time around I have a higher interest in teaching and developing knowledge based platforms for financial services industry. Work has already begun on a first of its kind idea for the regional capital markets, which will then be implemented in the Asian Markets. I believe that there is a huge potential in the young minds of Pakistan and the region. Somebody with international financial markets experience needs to guide them into developing innovative financial products. I am a very big believer in the potential of our country, Pakistan.

How I got SUCCESS in By Ihsan Ashraf
7 different fields...
Instead of becoming a victim, I rather believed in the plan of resistance I IHSAN-ASHRAF was not born poor. I was actually born in one of the richest families of Lahore-Pakistan. My grand-father MOHAMMED RAFIQ NUMBERDAR was one of the richest and honorable personalities of Lahore. He was a Businessman, farmer, and numberdar. We all used to live with our grand-father. When I opened my eyes into this world, I had seen bunch of employees around me, a lot of cars in my house, countless miles of big land to walk, and plenty of various types of food to eat. Everything was great, but suddenly my grandfather died. My family and i just fell down on earth from the sky. I was in grade 5 at that moment. I got a serious sudden shock. I and my grand father had great love between us. He was not just my grand-father, but a true loyal friend of mine. To me, it was nothing less than a trauma. Due to the mental problem of my father and small age of my brothers and sisters, we just couldn't stop ourselves going to the worst line of poverty. You can say, we even crossed the poverty line where lack of food could cause anyone's death from our family. Before, I used to eat different types of fruits and delicious food, but after my grandfather's death I was forced to eat bread "Rotti" with only water. Sometimes we used to make a dish called water mixed with red chilly, and sometimes sauce . Mostly I used to cry sitting alone. My tears rolled down on my cheeks countless times but there was no one who could console me, hug me, and say common IIHSAN be brave everything would be fine one day.
No, seriously there was no one! Although, I was a child, but I was just not willing to accept what life was offering us at that very moment. So one day, after weeping and crying a lot, I promised myself to bring those moments back what we had in the past. So Ihsan-Ashraf the student of grade 5 started working to find the ways out. Due to my immaturity and no mentorship I faced failures each time I tried. Faced disappointment and embarrassment, but each time stood-up and again started struggling to win the race. I decided to work part time after school. I started going to a small factory of embroidery. I used to go to school hungry in the morning time, after coming from school if found food in home ok, if not then within 30 minutes, I used to get ready to go to the factory. There I started learning how to make embroidery designs on the cloths of ladies and gents. There some technicians would offer me to have dinner with them. After saying NO at least 3 times, I started joining with them on their 4th time call for dinner. I don't know if they knew I was hungry or not.

I worked day and night, paid full attention in learning. I used to go to work even on weekend. For me there was no holiday. Holiday was not actually made for me at that time. There were 5 different fields of doing work in the embroidery and each technician was appointed to do only 1 job. The names of the fields in embroidery were ARI, SALMA, PATTERN, AARKA & the work of RAISHM. I had a wish to be master in all 5 fields. I raveled my wish before the technicians but they just said NO, I can't do it. It's because hardly a very few genius people from all over Pakistan learnt to do the work in all 5 fields. Certainly it was much difficult for a 6th grade's student to do what a very few adults knew. At first, I was discouraged and disappointed, but later on, I stopped paying attention on the ones who discouraged me. I after 3 years became a good technician in all that five fields of embroidery. It was nothing less than a great success. Suddenly I've been offered by many other owners of the embroidery factories. I started doing work with the one who offered me a good amount of money than the others. And I in the TEEN age having no beard on my face started taking an amount of money what was offered to the only technicians who had 15 to 20 years experience in one or 2 fields of embroidery. Not just this happened but the owner of the factory also advised me to teach other technicians and student the ways to learn faster and better. So I happily started doing that and that's how I became the technician and a teacher of embroidery designing. I was happily doing the work of embroidery. But suddenly because of jealousy, some technicians hurt me by beating me so hard. They were jealous because I a TEEN agar used to take better salary than all of them and sometimes was also appointed as their supervisor by the owner of the factory. Well, I was beaten badly but the owner didn't really take a serious notice and asked me to compromise for doing nothing. I didn't like the attitude of the owner meanwhile I was also sick of some family members from my father's side who used to threaten us for no
Therefore, instead of becoming a victim, I rather believed in the plan of resistance. So, i thought to keep myself fit in every way and found out that Martial Arts Karate can help me face any kind of brutality. Therefore, I started going to a Martial Arts Karate club in the morning time to learn martial arts karate, to become a fighter. I used to wake up early in the morning about 05:30AM, and reaching time to the club was about 06:00AM. After that, on 08:15AM I would go to my school. After school, I would go to the factory. I told to the owner of embroidery factory that I will most of the times do the embroidery work not into the factory but in my home. He accepted my request and I started paying much attention on Martial Arts. So I also started participating into the competitions and different championships. I won my 1st Gold Medal in Lahore District championship in 45kg weight after defeating 4 players.
Everything was going good, but I wanted to be the best player in Pakistan. So I started thinking about it. Some friends of mine told me to watch the movies of Brusly and Jackie chain. I started watching the movies but in the TV they used to fight much faster than we can imagine so I couldn't learn properly. Some of my friends said, buy the computer and in computer you can slow down the stance or the scene of the fight according to your wish. I also thought that computer would help me a lot even in making designs of embroidery. I bought my 1st computer that was 486 not even Pentium one. It couldn't help me a lot because there was no CD room in it so I later on bought an-other computer Pentium one and it had almost all the options I needed. So I would bring CDs started watching movies and learning how Brusly and Jackie Chan used to fight. I started doing practice a lot, didn't give up, and by much learning I started beating almost every competitor who ever tried to come on my way. My name in the Martial Arts just spread like the fire and I won dozens of champion ships. My teacher also allowed me to teach Martial arts in schools and colleges. I started teaching students martial arts. I started doing that and that's how I became a Martial Art instructor.

My name in the Martial Arts just spread like the fire and I won dozens of champion ships. My teacher also allowed me to teach Martial arts in schools and colleges. I started teaching students martial arts. I started doing that and that's how I became a Martial Art instructor.
Meanwhile, summer vacations started, and in the summer, started going to the computer college. I learned MS OFFICE and Corel draw. I liked both. At that time, computer fixers used to take a lot of money for fixing the computer. Many times, my computer got a problem and instead of giving money to any technician I started opening and fixing the computer all by myself. I learnt how to install Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP. I became good at fixing computers by following the rule, "practice makes perfect". People started coming to me to install the windows and fixing some little problems of their computers. Some teachers of my area also started visiting me to fix their computer's problems. That's how I also became famous in computer work. Then once my sister who was a teacher in a private school asked me to join school and start teaching computer in school. I liked her idea and went with her in a school where she had a job. Principal interviewed me and was so much impressed because of my knowledge about the computers and instead of asking me to teach to the students he offered me to teach the teachers of the school staff. Actually, that was the school whose staff used to come to me to fix their computer issues. So I took the opportunity and started teaching to the staff of the school. I was in grade 10 at that time. Still there was no beard on my face. That's how I made money first by teaching Martial arts in the morning time from 6 to 8:00AM, and then teaching computer to the school staff after school from 2 to 3:30PM, and in the rest of time making money from the work of embroidery.
I had 3 fields where I was working, Martial arts, computer teaching & computer fixing, and embroidery. Everything was going good, but due to the hard schedule of my work, i just couldn't give much attention on my study. Therefore, when the result of grade 10 came, I found myself failed in 5 subjects, English, Math, Chemistry, Physics, and Pakistan History. Instead of keeping Biology, I chose computer and I got 92% marks in the computer practical and 52% in computer theory. It was nothing less than a shock. Ihsan-Ashraf a young teacher who was teaching to the staff of a well known school was actually failed in great 10. Due to the embarrassment and disappointment I quit job of teaching to the staff of the school. I found myself guilty of not being good in education.

Due to this shock, I stopped everything. Stopped learning, stopped teaching Martial Arts, and stopped working of embroidery. I started sitting with the friends who had nothing to do but all the time FREE and FIGHT with other people for no cause. I also started spending my time with them, it's because I just wanted to forget what all happened with me. Sitting in the squares, having fun and doing nothing became my profession. Then one day, my elder sister NOREEN made me sit in our house and tried to convince me to face failure and advised me to try again to appear in the exam of grade 10. she said Ihsan you're intelligent and you would pass the exam of Matric. Firstly I was not willing to listen, but when she insisted and said in an emotional way that sitting in the squares going to give me nothing but more disappointment. So her advice convinced me and I stopped going out with friends. But due to lack of attention in study, again I was failed in the 2nd time, this time I was failed in 4 subjects ENGLISH, MATHS, PHYSICS and CHEMISTRY. This time I was capable of passing only one subject History of Pakistan. Again a shock like many others in the past, again I quit study. After that, one complete year, i did nothing but awaara gardi, just sat in the squares or grounds with friends who had no aim in life. My parents were sick of this all. So the following year, when 4 months were left for the Matriculation exams again my elder sister tried to motivate me and asked me to prepare for the exam. Actually this time I was motivated enough to pass the exam of grade 10. I wanted to prove all wrong who thought I wouldn't pass my exam ever in my entire lie. I thought to give everything I had to pass the exam. I first sat alone and made a plan to actually pass the exam. I made a plan
and in my plan I seriously told myself that I won't run after guess or shortcut. I will read the whole books so that no question in the exam could make me regret thinking why didn't I read this or that. So I paid attention and started studying day and night read the whole books over and over again. Studying day and night helped me a lot, and I finally passed my EXAM and that's how I finally passed grade 10! Bundle of thanks to God! I believe shortcut always kills you but real ways and true struggle always makes you WIN.
Honestly speaking, exam of grade 10, struggle to learn embroidery work, struggle for learning Martial arts, and remaining in the environment of computer hardware and software problems actually taught me how to be good at problem solving. Unfortunately, after passing the exam, again i started spending my time with the friends that had no aim in life except having time to fight with others. Spending time with bad friends annoyed my family a lot. They asked me to stop and I said I can't live without them. Spending time with them actually became my habit. And leaving a habit that you love is actually very hard. So I said to my parents that if they want me to stop spending my time with my bad friends then send me to abroad. Because going abroad would only be a solution to stay away from the bad friends and this is the only way that I can use to stay away from them. They luckily liked this idea a lot and finally struggled a lot to send me to abroad. I wanted to go to DUBAI but going to LIBYA was one of my uncle's ideas. He said LIBYA is the best place to earn money because there is no tax system etc. Unfortunately, I knew no one in LIBYA. Therefore, when I came to LIBYA, suddenly some kidnappers kidnapped me in the second largest city of LIBYA called Behnghazi. Kidnappers took me to a place that was away from the city.

They showed their atrocity well and asked me to talk to my family to pay them money as extortion/coercion. This was another great shock like many in the past. What the hell is this, what's going on with my life! Shocks after shocks, shocks after shocks! Shock after shocks? Is this really a life or HELL? I said to myself! It's a long story, but in short my family and I stayed in a HELL for 15 days and then they finally took a loan and soled some jewelry of my sisters and paid money to release me from kidnappers. After I was released, I went to the police station and registered an FIR against the kidnappers. Then I went to Pakistan Embassy in Tripoli-Libya who treated me very badly and said I'm not a Pakistani without any investigation. I said you can make a contact with my family and friends there in Pakistan and you will find 500 hundred or maybe countless evidences that I'm a Pakistani. I also said that you can enter my ID card number in the computer and you will find evidence whether I'm Pakistani or someone else. In short, after a long struggle they finally issued my new passport. After getting my new passport I started searching for the job for living and surviving. I didn't have money to pay for the rent of the house, so sometimes I slept on the roads in the cold nights and the other times washed dishes and took a small place to live. I saw no childhood of mine just faced the severe circumstances of my life in a very short time. A shock after shocks was my all I got in my life! Well, suddenly I found a Pakistan guy who was an owner of a small factory of embroidery and I started doing embroidery job in order to earn money. I thought I finally reached to a better place. But due to the lack of knowledge of this country's rule and regulations and a new language ARABIC, he black-mailed me
many times to throw me out of the factory if asked to raise the salary. He said work with me no matter what I give you or not. Work with me even if I give you nothing. And if you insist I would send you to the prison accusing about anything as I've many Libyan friends here and you know nothing about LIBYA! I had no choice except to follow him. One day I tried to convince him saying that you're a Pakistani guy and a Muslim. Are not you afraid of God? Instead of paying attention on what I just said, he seriously threw me and an-other guy out of the factory. Finally again I was homeless. Had no place to live, so we went to some Pakistani people who were doing the work of painting in a big house and had place for living. Lived there for sometimes, did embroidery work and paid full attention in learning the Arabic language. The same Pakistani guy came even there, threatened us to work with him with the same low salary. But this time I refused and said I'm ready to face even death. Do whatever you want to but I'm not going to work with you at all, you just threw me out. Homeless status is much better than working with you, I add. In short, the painting work of those Pakistani was finished from that house and again we faced a big problem in living. A Pakistani guy offered us a house to live but only for 2 months because his family went back to Pakistan and his house was free. So I lived there but even he started taking me with him and had a job of breaking the walls work of construction. Again I thought if I say NO to him he would kick me out. Well, I started going with him for 8 hours and the rest of the time I started doing my embroidery work. Meanwhile, I thought to look for a job in the day time in any company or school. So, I went to Pak-Embassy school, was interviewed for a Martial Arts Karate teacher and finally got a job with around 250 USD per month. So in the day time I started going to school to teach Martial arts karate

and in the evening started doing embroidery work. But instead of going to work with that Pakistani where I was living I told him that I would pay him for the food expenses of his workers so that he could allow me to live into this house. He agreed, and I started working day and night. In the school, i met with a lot of Pakistani and foreigners' and the parents of the students helped me a lot in finding the place for living. They helped me to find a room on rent with around 70 USD. I was happy I got the place to live.
Then while working in school, due to lack of education I found many problems in English speaking. I was unable to speak English because the environment in Pakistan was completely different as compare to English environment. So I after a year and half was actually fired from a school because of continuous problems in English and lack of education. Again I was in trouble. Later on, again got a job in an-other school, even their due to lack of knowledge and lack of understanding of English speaking skills hurt me a lot. Again I was fired even from there for this cause. Then I thought to study while working. So I sent private exam request, prepared myself for the exam while working and also found a job in an-other school. I than gave my exam of 11th and 12th grade, and got 1st position in LIBYA. Then doing study and working in different schools with different types of foreigner teachers fixed my English speaking skills, writing, listening and reading skills as well. So finally the teacher who used to be fired again and again actually started getting best teacher's award. I was happy I fixed lots of my problems. One day I sat and thought about my life. I asked myself a question, job of an ordinary teacher really going to make my future? The answer was simple, NO. I thought business can help me
all I want to have. But unfortunately I knew nothing about the business and there was no institution that could teach me how to do a business. So I asked my friends to find a job for me in any company. I was willing to do a job even without salary. Luckily, a friend of mine helped me found a job in a trading company.
Company offered me a very low salary that could not help me survived at all. Although, at that time, working in the day time in school and evening time embroidery I was earning around 2500 USD. But I left everything and got a job that was all 1000 USD. None of my friend appreciated me for the idea of leaving a job of 2500 USD and getting a job that only pays 1000 USD all. But I knew what I was doing‌ So I paid attention in learning the business almost 24/7. Office time was 09: 00AM to 05:00PM. But I used to go to the office 70:00AM mornings till 10:00pm in the night. In order to earn money, I even started teaching some students in the evening. I started paying attention on business, L/C, CAD, Trade rules, SWIFT, Contracts ways of solving problems, etc. I did a job about 8 months in the company and then resigned. With a little investment of about 15000 USD that all I saved, i opened a very small company for doing trade, did the business well, run the company and got handsome amount by doing the business. No doubt, found a lot of problems but by remaining continuously in the problems I learnt how to fix all problems. I eliminated word NO from my dictionary. Whenever found problems, always run for the solution and finally got solutions to all problems. Then opened 2nd company and did good business. Then suddenly realized that, I've worked almost 24/7 for about 6 years, and I must now write a book in my free time that can help people get knowledge and do everything faster than me without facing any problems as I faced in my past. So I then entered into the field of authorship. Firstly read a lot of books that I cannot even count

now. Then I wrote a book on education named EDUCATION & LIFE. This book is really about the education system and about my life. Then wrote another book on real truths named BITTER-TRUTHS. Then wrote another book on TERRORISM it is about to publish. Then another book on reality named Ihsan's quotations it's just finished. That's how I got success in 7 fields of EMBROIDERY DESIGNING, TEACHING, MARTIAL ARTS KARATE, BUSINESS, AUTHORSHIP and PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS less than 30 years. Now I'm financially, mentally, physically, and spiritually fit. But now I'm going to leave all I had. It's because now I've another aim and I've started working on it since the beginning of 2016. Now my aim is to reshape the WORLD in a much better way than the PAST. Not even a single child will sleep without shelter on this planet earth once this organization stands on its feet. Not even a single child will be kept away from study and social awareness. Not even a single child of this world will die drinking unclean water. Not even a single child will be kept away from knowledge about SUCCESS.
.
This organization will make the world WE. And WE will eliminate all bad factors that are not letting our children study and feel they are really human. With the help of GOD, I'll make it happen no matter what it takes! I will go to him if a child calls me in USA; I will go if a child needs me in India. I will go if a child needs shelter in Africa. I will go if a child needs Food in Russia. I will go if a child needs social awareness in China. And you know what; I will go to help the children of the WORLD even if they don't call me. I will go everywhere where ever there is a child under aged 18. I will do it, with the help of GOD, and make this WORLD a peaceful garden of GOD. It's going to happen only when I, he, she, they and you become WE! If the children of the WORLD under aged 18 need securities, safety and friends they need to become WE. Although, if you read this complete story of mine, you will be able to understand how I got success in 7 different fields. But here I have to tell you that I got success following some rules. Firstly, I read an ayat in the 3rd para of Quran that says. Be-shak, insaan k liy is duniya mai wohi kuch hai jiski wo kosish krta hai. So the saying of Quran cannot be wrong. It made a belief in me that I will get only what I struggle for. So I got only what I struggled for. Secondly, a belief never give-up also helped me a lot. Then there is a saying that only those fell down who walk and in order to win we must stand up each time we fall and if we do it,
We will be the achievers.

Titles Don’t Make Leaders. But These 7 Actions Do What makes you a leader? Too many people think it’s about a title fancy letters like CEO, COO and VP. But the truth is that leadership has nothing to do with a title. It has everything to do with your attitude and your actions. Leadership is about how you interact with people and how you motivate them to work with you toward a goal together. Whether you’re the administrative assistant, the tech genius or the new hire, here are a few practical ways you can show you’re a real leader, title or not:
2. Think about your team’s needs before your own. Would you be willing to finish a report so a team member can go home? When it’s crunch time and the team is working late, do you buy takeout for everyone—out of your own pocket? Thinking about your team’s needs could be as simple as saying thank you or as serious as making a trip to the hospital after hours 3. Help your team grow. Provide training and opportunities for them to work at their full potential. Encourage and sponsor continuing education. Give a team member an increased level of responsibility. Don’t put up with mediocrity. Challenge them to up their game.
4. Share the credit. You accomplished a goal, but you didn’t do it alone. Your team worked right alongside you (or they should!). Let leadership know who 1. Value every relationship. Whether helped you. Make your team look you’re talking to the janitor or good. Give them the spotlight and junior partner, there’s a person let them shine. behind every job title, and that person represents a family. You have the chance to influence a family by the way you interact with every team member.
Ultimate Success Success.com 5. Shoulder the blame. If you and your team fail to meet a goal or a project doesn’t go as well as planned, the blame stops with you. Have your team’s back and don’t throw them under the bus for the sake of your ego. If you need to give feedback to people about their performance, do so privately. 6. Never say “That’s not my job.” That oozes arrogance and laziness. Chip in to help with what needs to be done, even if it’s not your responsibility. Clean out the coffee pot. Take that moldy dish out of the refrigerator and put it in the trash. Do what needs to be done. Period. Even when nobody’s watching.
7. Be a person of character. Leadership is less about skills and more about living by your values. You don’t want to be known as that leader—the one who’s dishonest, sneaky, underhanded and unethical. And your team certainly doesn’t want to follow a leader they can’t trust. Respect takes a long time to earn and a second to lose.
I once heard someone say, “Your job gives you authority, but your actions earn you respect.” You can have a title on your door and never lead anybody. How you treat other tells the real story, so put these ideas into practice today.

And my Life changed………… By Qasim Shah
My name is Syed Qasim Ali Shah. I am from the Sindh district Thattasujawal near a city Darro and my village 5 km away from this city. We are total 10 sibling I am last from sisters and brothers. My father's name is Syed Ghulam Hussain Shah. I was born in this village named Late Syed Ghulam Hussain Shah in 1986 and this same time i have converted on birth date and month 2/7/1986. I am last in my all siblings, in my village there was starving since 1986 till 2004.
When I was young my father used to hate me, I don’t know how much and why, when I used to come in front of my father, he some times used to beat me. My father used to love his son from the first wife, may be this was the reason my father want to love his son, and whenever my father bring clothes for all children, but only he never bought for me so I don’t know why but wanted to wear new clothes. I used to weep for new clothes, no one can let me stop and tell about new clothes, but there was just one of my brothers Ali Hassan he used to share with me his new clothes, even some time he did share his new clothes, when my father see me in new clothes he used to react against me, “why you have put on new clothes of your brother then some time my brother used to replied I allowed him. Any way I was growing up my father died when I was around 3 years old, after that in my villages there were just me & my brothers living. When I used to play with my nephews and other villagers no one took interested in me so I can play with them, they used to beat me and then I used to play with little dogs and love them and learn some natural things from dogs. I used to give my food to my dogs they never bite me and even if
Some one tries to hit me, those little dogs used to bark on them, who ever fights with me and my nephew. No body used to trusts me even my mother told me you are guilty, she was right, I was nothing for them, whenever in my village any one steals some thing first, my mother and my elder brothers used to beat me, before asking me about the stolen goods. They always tried to make me feel that you Qasim are guilty in this village, and when I joined my school, then there my parents said to teacher that Mr Qasim is guilty in many things so you have to beat him about these things so some time my teacher used to beat with slims woods and others things, When I was in class 4th i left my home and went to the city. There I used to earn money 20 Pakistani rupees per day. I’ve worked on the construction of one building which is still available at Hashimabad society in Thatta. I made it with other labours, who else made it beautiful, I used to work hard for money without an idea of my future,

And my Life changed………… By Qasim Shah I have a hard work for my future. I became famous in all children, those who used to work with me for this work they used to demand for an extension in our per day salary and extend it from 20 to 35, but I was the only one who was just busy in my work and used to try to learn more techniques, how could ease my work, then one day there came one person who said I need a worker who can do work on a little tower I have to put up a wire for electricity from tower to my. I was all so my contractor have asked me can you go? I replied “Yes” but he told me you haven’t took your lunch, it was time 2:15pm I was dying of hunger, but I went there and started working on a tower and after very hard work I’ve made it. That fellow took to his office and asked me to drink some water and eat some food and take money for this work, but I refused to eat and I said “Sir I can't take this money 50 rupees because my contractor will give me my wages at the end of the day, I can't take this money I will be cheating with my contractor” and finally I left. While going back home I’ve listened to a great man named Abdul Ghafoor Elastin who did the translator of the book ShahJo Risalo, he saw me and he said to his officer take him to his work. When I used to play near his office and there were a number of children used to talk with him by the name Abdul Ghafoor Elastic and get money, but I never used to get that money, I’ve never even visited his office even for the sake of water. When I was gone back to my village for the examination of 5th class, Mr. Abdul Gaffoor elastic asked about me where is Qasim? there I stayed at my sister’s home which was near to his office. My brother in law told him that Qasim has gone to his home for the examination of 5th class, he said when Qasim comes back please bring him to my office. When I came back than I met Mr Abdul Ghafoor elastic, he said I would like you to work at my office, I said no sir, I am
busy because of my job, he asked me why you are doing these types work in this age? I said , Sir I want to get education, I have no money so that’s why I am working, I don’t know how much education I’ll get or what will be my future, than he told me I will give you education, I said happily okay but I will give you answer after a day that maybe I’ll join him and work in his office and his home as well, while I don’t have money for my higher education even not money for. It was my habit to share my money with my friend, we used to buy things. In the High school there were so many talented students in class and in other classes my teacher used to appreciate them for their best work. Honestly I was not good in education while my school or higher education, but there were great teachers.

I am very sad for those students I wish they would have reached the University. I reached in University of Sindh and done my Masters in RURAL DEVELOPMENT in the year 2009 and got the first division, The university time was very tough. I used to help with others in fees, I still remember one student, he was my junior and has done his Masters and finally he got a Government job, and after University I have decided to help those students and their parents who send their children to University I used to motivate them I am a strong motivator in my life which I’ve learned from YouTube videos and learned from great leaders while listening to their audios, live television shows and seminars. I always used to participate in seminars and regional programs about education and other issues, especially gender equality, and its my favorite subject and used to write an article in the newspaper about awareness of education and the power of education and environmental issues, gender equality.
I love my family and have resolved many issues about education and how you to behave with your children and tell about my past how you used to beat me and that’s why I left my beautiful village, but my education never allowed me to take revenge my parents, even I have more love for you because of my education and this is my education I want to see every one love their children as I never got, I want every one to go school to get a better education because only education makes you a great and rich person. I love my brothers and their children and give education to their children in my village, not only my village but the villages near to my homeland.
