After graduation, I dropped my CV in a no of places with the hope of getting a job.. but nobody responded. At some places the guards won't even let me in. Then one day, I dressed up and acted as an officer so guards finally let me enter and I went straight to HR, and I came back with a letter of appointment and I told the guard “you judge and respect people by their appearance, that’s the reason you don’t get respected by people yourself. I wasn’t an officer when I entered but now I am”.. he apologized. What I learned from my experience is that getting a job is not that much difficult as approaching the right person. So I decided to help the jobless people.. I made links with successful persons, I myself did the job in a no. of places, got to know the rules by myself, made acquaintances. I started a Campaign with a name ‘Jaago Jaago-jobs” Initially I didn’t expose myself and started texting people about all the job vacancies and telling them the ways to get selected. Gradually my campaign expanded from my short contact list to about 1500 people. Now they call me for information and I feel very happy to help them. Then I started giving free interviewtraining for government jobs and also for peak forces. People criticized me that he is not even in any government sector or in peak forces then how could he train someone for that. Yeah they are right, I’m not any of them, I literally don’t teach like ones. I do not teach anything new rather. I just help them to bring out their hidden skills and potentials. I just tell them to believe in yourself. I tell them that you might not get selected, but dent lets that fear of failure to hold you back. People should enjoy taking risks sometimes.

The fear of failure and lack of confidence hold back our talented youth from the opportunities of proving themselves.. I just help them to bring out the hidden talented person on the surface. I really feel low, sometimes when people criticize me and my intentions but then I satisfy myself by only one Saying of HAZRAT ALI (R.A) : “Do not let your difficulties fill you with anxiety after all, It is only in the darkest nights that the stars shine more brilliantly “. I'm happy with what I do. I helped a few girls to join the army as nurses, I persuaded their parents that this is a respectful profession. And it was really hard to persuade them because it’s the stigma of our society that we don’t let our girls to reveal their talent I helped a no. of people in getting jobs through my links. And when they thank me, I tell them to thank ALLAH Subhan Wa Taala. IM NOTHING! Recently I trained 14 boys for army, navy and air force and by grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY 11 got selected. 4 of them as officers. And all of them are from poor families. World To me, the life is actually the name of exams where ups and downs both have their part to perform. It's up to us how we react to them and finally make something in a result of ups and downs that we see in our life. If we do good, good results will be presented to us. If we do bad, bad result will be handed to us. Now it's up to us how we deal with life. Both in ordinary life on this planet earth and the life hereafter, if we do well we will have good results not just in the life that we're given to spend here on planet earth but even after the day of resurrection.
If we're ordinary persons and wish to do something great for the humanity then hardships will prepare us to have an extraordinary destiny. Extraordinary circumstances create extraordinary characters. Disappointments come when our effort does not give us the expected return, but that doesn't mean that we have to give up and accept failure as our luck or destiny. No doubt, failure is extremely difficult to handle, but those who come out of the process of facing failure become stronger than ever before. Life is not either easy or too hard to deal with. It is something that can be handled with a simple strategy and wisdom. It's not anybody else but we the ones who have made life on planet earth too difficult to live.
Otherwise, just imagine if good and wise people having all the needed qualities and go to live on any other planet then they obviously will not have or face the same circumstances we're facing nowadays. It's my belief about one thing that's hidden but is actually the main cause of almost each and every problem we're facing nowadays. World We wouldn't be facing World War I, II, KASHIMIR'S conflict, conflict of PLASTINE, Iraq War, Afghanistan war, now Civil war in many countries if had fully implemented the meanings of PEACE, PATIENCE & LOVE. I believe, if you get money from someone from a zero point and become a billionaire, chances are that soon your billions will convert to millions, and millions convert to thousands, and one day you become a bagger again. Then I said, if I help you now and give you 37.000 PKR for your admission then who is going to help you next year for the admission of your next year? Are you again going to beg this money from me
or someone else? He had no answer. He was fully quite. I then . him a question. I asked asked, what does he want me to do? Does he want me to give him the said amount of money 37.000 PKR or he wants me to teach him the way how to earn 37.000 PKR? He whispered, "bro it's too late to do anything to earn this amount for the admission by working" I said, if you're ready to work and earn this money and not just this time but even for the future then I can help you out of this problem.

He not in a good mood replied, OK BRO tell me what to do to earn this amount for my admission. I said, listen earning by working is much better than begging. Therefore, wear a suit (Pent-KOT), if you do not have I'll let you have it. Then prepare a big sign-board and write on it "I'm a student of B.A, I want to take admission in the university, but I do not have money for the admission. However, I do not want to beg this money, I Alhumdolilha want to earn this money by working, by washing Motorbikes and Cars. Please come to me to take my services so that I can wash your Motorbikes and Cars and earn money for my admission. Car washing price 200PKR Motorbike washing 100 PKR" One month was left for the submission. And I told him to follow my advice for only 15 to 20 days and if this doesn't work out then I happily pay him the amount for his admission. I also said, if he doesn't have money for
the sign board, bucket, cleaning wiper and soap, I can lend him the money that he can use to buy the above said stuff. I also said, I will be his 1st customer to have my Car and motorbike washed by taking his service. He can stand in any square of LAHORE from 07:00AM to 09:00PM and within 10 to 15 days he will surely be able to earn this money for his admission.

He after taking my idea earned 37000 PKR within 15 days. I was happy that he worked and earned this amount, he was happy too. After a month or so, again a student of FA asked me to give him the money for admission and I gave him the same advice that I had given to the student of BA. But this student instead of following my advice got angry and said that my advice is not needed if cannot give him the money. Now the fact of the matter is that we do not want to move our hands but expect people and ALLAH to throw money on us. Becoming a hardworker and self-made person gives more happiness than becoming a bagger. We do not know that getting SUCCESS without coming out of the comfort zone is completely impossible. I also like to advise each of my friend and the reader of this magazine, please stop giving money to the people. It’s because your this act makes them lazy.

The main thing what our young generation is lack of called AIM or DESTINATION.
Unfortunately the worst thing what I see in our young generation is that they want to get all they wish for without any struggle or hard work. They do have lots of wishes and big dreams, and they do want to be the great of the greatest by achieving all they wish for but when it comes to the matter of real work or following the real ways that will lead them to where they want to go they then suddenly become either lazy or start investing their time to look for the excuses for not getting what they want. They believe in negativity a lot more than we can imagine, and find 100 excuses for not doing what they want to do. They must succeed if they invest their time to find only 1 or 2 ways that are possible to get success than struggling to find 100 excuses for not trying or doing. When we ask our young generation to explain why they have been unable to get success, they then start explaining everything by believing in the term called Blame-Game, and put a big long list of excuses. Negative thinking has taken much place in the minds of our coming generation that's not letting them get ahead. For example, if I go to school and ask students the cause that's not letting them get good grades, they will blame the school, college or university, their parents, environment, their sisters and brothers,
the government, the society, but they are not going to accept that to some extent it's also their fault for not getting good grades. If poor students complain then one might believe to some extent but even those students blame and make excuses the ones are given almost everything they needed to get ahead. Our young generation, the ones recently finishes colleges or university and seeking jobs are also lack of what has been explained above. This generation also believes much in the
blame game and excuses . This generation game. says that they have college or university degrees but are not given job. And mainly it's happening because Pakistan is a bad country, or government is very bad, the system of jobs in Pakistan is very bad, and everything is bad that's why they are not given the jobs. But if asked what grades they got from the college or university when they passed the exams, then there will be a quietness or surprised face to watch.

World They either try to change the topic or will say grades don't really matter. They say it because they know their grades are too bad to get any job. Obviously, they get degrees with C, D, or E grades and no public, government or private sector would like to have employees who passed exams with very bad grades. Otherwise, how it's possible that a topper student is not given a job in any country? If we believe for a minute and say OK grades do not matter then what skills do they have to get ahead in life? Again there is going to be a quite or surprising moment. Our young generation wants to reach to the roof but no one wants to use stairs to get to the roof. Going to the roof requires 2 main things, number one stairs or elevator number 2 magical powers in the mind. How a generation can get to the roof if lacking both stairs and magical powers? Unfortunately, our young generation is lack of both necessary things. That's why getting to the destination has become not just difficult but impossible for them.
Our young generations have big dreams of having big expensive cars, owning castle and a beautiful bride of the world but the ways that will lead them to get all they want are disliked by our young generation. Our young generation is also lack of patience. For instance, if a company offers a job with less salary so that they can teach the employee and then increase the salary according to the skills. Our young generations then start complaining saying that the salary is not good. But they never complain that they were also not too good to even get this job. How one can give a good package of salary to anyone
if employee has an empty mind? The companies' owners always seek employees and complain for having no availability of good employees. On the other hands, a huge number of our young generation complains about having no jobs! Now the fact of the matter is that, why a huge number of our young generations do not fill their mind with knowledge and skills that the companies want to have into the minds of their employees? BlameGame and Excuses Games give nothing but a painful time for the rest of life. Through blame game and excuses game you may think you're convincing
others but in reality no one is being convinced but you are making yourself fool, wasting your. time, increasing the number of your sins, becoming guilty before your conscience, increasing your chance to face worst time in your ordinary life, as well as preparing yourself to go to HELL. Our young generation asks what others have done for them? I ask you my young generation what you have done for yourself? If you, my young generations couldn't do anything for yourself all your life, then how you expect others to do something for you?

The remedy to your all problems is very simple. It's that do not live your life aimless or purposeless; do not do anything without having AIM in life. If you do something direction less then direction less results will come to face. If you do something meaningful then meaningful result will come to be seen. Let me give you a simple example by asking you a question. Can you come out of your home and travel all your life without any final destination?
You seriously going to say that the person would be crazy or insane who comes out of his or her home and spends all his life time traveling without a final destination. You can also say that if a person living in Lahore comes out of his home and wants to go to Islamabad then he will simply go to the Daewoo bus station, get a bus that goes to Islamabad, buys the ticket and after a few hours he will be in Islamabad. Similarly, people will also reach to Karachi, UAE, USA, UK, or in any and every country if they know the final destination. But if one doesn't know his or her final destination then where will he or she go‌? Obviously, he or she will go nowhere but will face the severe time of their life facing lots of troubles. Intelligent people call these ones crazy or insane. May I remind you, you're. also crazy or insane if you have no aim in life and spending your life time traveling without final destination! Living in life without aim is just like the life of a passenger who has no idea about the final destination. Therefore, must set goals/aims in life and honestly do your best to get there. If you're sincere with you and your life, then believe everything will be done appropriately. Stop believing to make excuses or playing a blame game, this philosophy gives nothing but pain and disrespectful moments. Have a look at the history; you will notice that the ones who made excuses or played a blame game couldn't succeed. And the ones didn't make excuses and were not interested to play a blame game reached to their destination.

Playing a blame game or making excuses will not help you convince anybody yet destroy you yourself completely. Therefore, always be a responsible person, accept responsibility of yourself and do everything you can to find-out the solutions of your problems. When you do not play a blame game and make no excuses it helps you find your own faults. It helps you find where you're weak. It helps you find how you can fix your weaknesses. It will also help you find how long and what ways you need to learn to get yourself stronger than ever before. And that's how you're going to win in any and every race of your life.
I like failures to some extent, particularly, only when they give you a life lesson, help you fix your mistakes, and make you what you really are. But if a failure takes your life from you and makes you what you're not, then of-course, nobody would like failures. Same goes to my opinion. For instance, if someone loves you from the bottom of his or her heart and suddenly you're informed that the person died who loved you a lot, then this incident can take your life from you or might give you a mantle problem for the rest of your life. There are too many mentally sick people out there who only reached here because of their failures. Therefore, these kinds of failures obviously are not liked by anyone. But the rest of the failures that do not give us any mental problem or death but teach us the lesson we needed to learn are very good for us. I like this kind of failures. Failures sometimes teach us what we've not even imagined in life and had no chance to. imagine if not faced them. No doubt, where I'm standing now is only because of some failures I faced in life. And I wouldn't be standing or capable of achieving what I did if had not faced failures. I would say, failure is also a blessing from GOD. Because we would never bother ourselves to learn something what sometimes our failures force us to. That's why, it's nothing less than a blessing and we must thank God for this great blessing. There was a time when I used to be afraid of failures and pray a lot before the God to take me out of it within no time. But honestly, now when I face failure, I sometimes smile or even laugh, and then thank God, thinking that God must have a better plan for me to learn, not only just to learn to be better-off but God even wants to take me to a better place than my thoughts or wishes expect.

Whether we understand it or not, failures are for our benefits. We do not understand them but they are. Just see and notice, what happens when failure comes? Either it tells us that our plan is not secure, or our information about the plan is not too good. Failure even informs us about the weak level of our mind or body strength. Failure is the only thing that opens our eyes to walk out in our life in a much better and secure way than just possible. It is a tool of teaching; nobody teaches what failure teaches to the human beings. We would be the pile of blunders and mistakes if had no existence of failure. According to my opinion and observation perfection doesn't come without failure. Perfection cannot simply come without failure. Failure is the key that teaches us to increase the level, the circle of our thinking. Failure itself is a blessing if people have real eyes to see its benefits. Never disappoint when it comes on your way, be thankful to God, it's because it comes for your benefits, to fill any gap that you have in you whether mentally or bodily, or spiritually.
We thank God when we get benefit, but why don't we thank God when we get benefits because of the perfection that failures brought into our life?

1- Although, there are too many great failures that I've faced in my life but the biggest painful failure what I consider happened in my life is actually the sudden death of my Grand Father. His sudden death was nothing less than a trauma of my life. Death of my grand father has changed everything in me and my life. The way I think, the way I feel, the way I look at things, the way I observe things, the way I think about the past, present and future, the way I make plans, the way I think about my family and others, the way I take decisions and the way I walk in life, almost everything has been changed just because of one death and it was the death of my grand father Mian Muhammad Rafiq Numberdar.
2-In my life, I faced shocks after shocks, shocks after shocks, but one of the biggest shocks or failure that I remember I faced in my life actually happened in 2009. I was kidnapped when I first entered into Libya. After paying the amount of extortion/indemnity to the kidnapers I was released and had been sent to the town of Libya called Sabha. I stayed there about 3 to 4 months. I was very thirsty for work because
Most painful failures of my life poverty made me send to LIBYA from Pakistan and hopping to get a job resulted more pain and tension in LIBYA. I started working privately for a few months, had no place to sleep that's why started sleeping on the grounds and sometimes beside the roads in the cold nights. Then got a job into a Pakistan Embassy school in Tripoli-Libya. About a year and half later, left job from there but collected my salaries and a little extra amount of money by working privately. I sent the whole amount of money to Pakistan for establishing Import/export business of garments and gems. I sent a sample of ribbon that had to be used on garments, and I hopped that sent sample of ribbon wound be found from Pakistan in a . huge quantity for the embroidery business of garments. My family saw that sample at once and said that it wouldn't be available in Pakistan. I suddenly got furious and asked how it's not possible? Pakistan is a big country of about 200 million people, and how it comes that big market do not have an ordinary ribbon that I need for the embroidery work on the garments? I told my family not to make excuses by sitting home and just find the ribbon from the markets of Lahore, prepare the embroidery designs from the embroidery factories and then export all garments to Libya. My brothers couldn't find the exact ribbon I wanted for the embroidery designs yet found another type of ribbon that was a bit different but better from the one I sent. They sent me the picture of it and explained about it.

The picture was not very clear and it was getting too late to export. Therefore, in a hurry, and paying not much attention on the brand of ribbon, I immediately instructed them to just prepare the designs for quick export using any ribbon they find from Lahore Markets. They followed me, and prepared a huge quantity of the embroidery garments with that very ribbon that was different than the one I sent. So, when everything was prepared and each penny I saved was invested on the export business, I suddenly got a shock. It happened because when shipment reached to LIBYA, and I saw, that the shipment was completely different than the one I wanted. I sat for a few minutes, regretted a lot on my decision for not really checking the exact brand of ribbon. As a result, the Tripoli Market of garments rejected my all export and denied to buy it. All my money I collected by working day and night was completely destroyed and had nothing left in my hand. It was the destructions that shook me hard. I regretted not just because of the loss of money but had many hopes that were just gone with the said export of garments.
Most painful failures of my life This was one of the biggest failures that I ever faced ‌ It just again made me fall down on the earth. It destroyed my all dreams that I had been watching for years. I sat alone for a few days quietly. Regretted and cried a lot but found no one who could help me come out of that destruction.
3-Another failure that I faced actually happened in the mid of 2013. An exporting shipment of about 11 Million PKR had to be done in USD. But I changed the term of currency of this business from US DOLLARS to EURO. At that time EURO was beating US Dollar Pakistani Rupee and LIBYAN DINAR. Therefore, I forcefully changed the terms and conditions of this business and insisted seller to do this business in EURO instead of . US DOLLAR. My instructions were followed accordingly and the condition had been changed from USD to EUR. At that time, suddenly the Libyan circumstances completely changed and again a civil war broke-out in the main areas of Tripoli-Libya. The documents that had to be prepared from the Government offices of trade took much time than our expectations. As a result, our buyers couldn't wait for a too long for our shipment and they run away from the treaty we both agreed upon. On the other hand, EUR also went down very quickly. The governments of both importing and exporting countries also increased the tax rate very fast and I because this all i faced a big loss of about 4.5 million PKR from this shipment. This was a failure that almost turned the table of trade of my company.

4- It's my habit to speak the truth, follow the truth, follow the reality, follow the logic and believe in only one thing that's called TRUTH. Following this habit of mine I started not just believing the truth but also started speaking and writing the truth in my books. When I started continuously speaking the truth in my motivational lectures and writing the truths in the books then most of the people stopped liking me and my way of speaking and writing the truth about truths. Therefore, they tried their best to trap me because of my very habit I've talked about, and did their best to put me in any trouble that's possible. Although, they couldn't really succeed in getting the job done according to their wish but what I think I lost was the precious thing of this . world called TIME. Yes, I lost time fighting their bad intentions and I think this was one of the biggest failures that I ever faced on this planet earth. I sometimes think, I might be standing in a Better place than now if my time had not been destroyed fighting people that had bad intentions about the one who loves to speak and writes the truth. Although, the procedure of fighting bad people's bad intentions, facing cases and winning them taught me much about winning in any battle but it also took much time of my life what I think I could use for the betterment of the human beings. It's my failure of loosing my precious time of my life fighting with bad people, I believe I would be standing in a better place if had a mentor in my life. Unfortunately, had not even one when I needed the most..!
There is also one bitter truth. It's that I wouldn't be standing in a place where I'm standing now if had faced no failure in life. Therefore, the name of the cause or tool that helped me standing in the place I'm standing now is called FAILURE.

Rarely have i learned from success or good times, whatever i am today, i am a product of the end result of pain and failure. Had i not looked at the "Why" aspect of my failures, i would never have been able to understand the "How To" reasons of success. It is great to remember your successes, but they will only make you feel good about yourself. Nothing more. I was a security guard at a warehouse in Edison New Jersey, for the huge chain of stores called BRADLEES. My duty was to sit at the outgoing post of the warehouse and check the trailers leaving the premises for certain things. Pinkerton was the name of the security company and i used to feel like a Pink Panther working there. Lol.

The First Time I Got FIRED From A Job! By Mir Muhammad Ali Khan One time my boss asked me to work two straight days of a double shift on the weekends because somebody was taking the weekend off. So that meant working from 7 am to 11pm 16 hour a day for two days. It was a very tiring job because checking trailers upon trailers, getting up and down out of them was very tiring. But out of my greediness for money, I agreed to do two double shifts knowing well enough that it was not the right thing to do. On the second shift of the second day, i fell asleep in the check post with my head on the table. My boss showed up for the surprise inspection, caught me sleeping in between the trucks coming which was nothing more than a few minutes, and i was fired on the spot.
