Laura Overton is an award-winning learning expert with over 30 yearsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; experience in the learning industry. She is the founder of Towards Maturity, an independent learning analysis company which has been delivering the L&D industryâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s annual benchmark report since 2003.
