DIRECTIONS In a small bowl, gently whisk together your warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast. Set aside for 5-10 minutes until bubbles begin to form. While yeast is activating, mix together flour, Fiberlicious powder, collagen, and spices into a large mixing bowl. Once activated, slowly add your milk yeast mixture, eggs, and vanilla extract into your dry ingredients. Knead for roughly 5 minutes until a soft dough forms. If the dough is overly sticky, add 1 Tbsp of flour until soft to the touch. Cover the dough with a damp towel and store in a warm place for 2 hours until doubled in size. While waiting for the dough, prepare your filling by mixing all ingredients together in a mediumsized bowl. Once dough has risen, transfer to a floured surface and roll out into a 15-inch x 10-inch large rectangle. Spread your filling onto the dough and roll into a tight log. Cut into one-inch sections using a serrated bread knife. Transfer cut sections into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, cover with a damp clean towel and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 330°F degrees when rising is almost completed. Place into your preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown but slightly undercooked in the middle. Remove from the oven and prepare your frosting by mixing all ingredients together, adding milk one Tbsp at a time, and mixing at high speed until smooth. Frost your buns once cooled but still slightly warm. Enjoy!
