Teacher aide Rita Spadoni said parents and pupils enjoyed a great day getting to know each other and bonding through a range of entertaining games and activities. The event was organised by Year 8 pupils Macy Greenland and Caitlyn Murphy in conjunction with the rest of the Year 8s and staff. Pre-schoolers from the West Melton Pre-school across the road were also invited to join in. “It really is about the community as a whole coming together to make friends and have fun,” Ms Spadoni said.
