Beam cutting line Reliable cutting concept The beam cutting line is a reliable solution for the production of beams, profiles and square tubes up to 1250 mm width. The system can accurately cut any 3D shape with its large robot. It is based on kranendonk’s standardized CCS concept, resulting in a durable system even in harsh conditions.

Ease of operation The beam cutting line uses kranendonk’s open software ARAC, which makes the programming of complex cuts easy. The input of the parameters can be done manually or retrieved from CAD. The ARAC software adapts the cutting path to the actual tolerances of each profile, resulting in better fits.

Fast system, high throughput

Adapt to deviations

Accurate process

By using in-flow profile positioning, no repositioning of a stopper or pusher is necessary. This reduces cycle time and leads to a higher throughput of profiles.

By measuring the beam before cutting, the intelligent software automatically adapts to deviations in the material. More accurate cuts result in better fitting parts and less rework.

The robot is laser calibrated, which gives it unmatched accuracy for any 3D shape. The system can be equipped with high speed plasma cutting and high precision oxy-fuel cutting.

Compact all-in-one design

Reliable production

Programming of the cutting system is fully automated thanks to the CAD-interface with nesting functionality. The open software enables the end user to easily create new cuts.

The compact all-in-one CCS design requires less floor space than conventional systems. Different cutting and marking options can be integrated into one system.

Sliders are eliminated by using a fixed robot and in-flow profile positioning. This gives reliable production with minimized maintenance and maximized productivity.
