Beam welding gantry Welding solution for large beams The beam welding gantry provides flexible welding of stiffeners and end plates to large sized beams. To realize a continuous production flow, the multistation concept can be used. While the robot is welding on one part of the beam, operators can assemble and tack weld beams elsewhere on the floor.
Automatic operation The beam welding gantry is equipped with intelligent software, to easily create new robot programs for each product. This gives the flexibility to cope with continuously changing designs. The beams can be randomly placed, and will be automatically detected by the welding robots.

High throughput
High quality welds
The beam welding gantry automatically welds stiffeners to beams. The system offers horizontal and vertical (single and multi-pass) welding.
The multi-station concept enables assembling and tack welding while robot welding takes place elsewhere. This results in a high throughput of products.
Seam tracking and automatically applied predefined weld data ensure highly consistent welds. Weld data can be logged for quality purposes.

Easy operating
Based on 3D CAD, RinasWeld generates collision free robot paths and takes care of all programming. This reduces time required for work preparation.
The covered track ensures a safe and clean work environment. Sensors, fume extraction and light protection provide high safety for the operator.
A touch screen with graphical user interface provides easy control. Only one supervisor is needed, reducing operational cost.
