RinasWeldTM production software Model-based programming Several decent methods for robot programming are available, but most are time consuming and require programming skills. When welding continuously changing designs, these methods are not sufficient. RinasWeld takes a leap forward, it enables the generation of robot programs directly from CAD models.

Weld recognition The software generates all required production data based on a 3D CAD model of the end-product. The software recognizes possible welds and creates collision-free robot paths based on this. Each possible weld area is analysed to determine the required weld parameter specification (WPS).
