I enjoy reading inspirational works of fiction with a redemptive quality, and Angelia Vernon Menchan has clearly and cleverly penned a masterpiece deep from within her being, which causes readers to understand two very important aspects of life: we reap what we sow, but the power of love is strong enough to bring about liberty! Kudos, Angelia Vernon Menchan! I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.

If I wasn't already sold, this book would definitely do it. Captivating, hilarious, real, the author did not hold back at all in this latest installment of Cinnamon's story.

As usual, Ms. Menchan touched on so many controversial topics that you'd just have to read it to get a first hand experience. I read the book in less than 24 hours because once I got started while on vacation, I couldn't put it down. My husband had to ask me, "What's this book you're reading?" If you want to know about love, forgiveness, the strength of a woman, how to rise above, how to get past your short-comings and still hold your head up high and command respect, this is the book for you. It's also about second chances and walking in God's will, and for those who might be treading such waters, regret, greed and revenge. Get your copy today!

My only complaint is that it was not long enough.. Cinnamon and Black are back again and handling their business as only they can. Angelia is an author that's not afraid to delve into subjects that most are afraid to talk about openly.

The Blacks are not perfect, but that's what makes them so endearing. Cinnamon & Black are the epitome of real true love. They make their mistakes, but they own up to them. They don't try to hide them, they learn from their mistakes.

I can't wait until Angelia's next book is released. Go buy this book, you won't be disappointed.

When I first saw the title of this book, I was thinking, the Blacks love being in politics. But I was surprised by a story of a strong black woman standing up for herself, her husband and her family whileb her husband entered the political arena. Once again Angelia tells it like it is in a no nonsense way and show that not because you have a past you have to hide from it. The Blacks: Love's Politics is delightfull, it takes you to tears, makes you laugh and makes you want to shout "bravo".

I purchased this book from the author as I enjoy reading her work.
