Year 10 News

Message from Miss Pinches

We are well and truly back into the swing of school life and it's been great to see students working hard over the last few weeks! It is such a vital time to be on top of school work, home-learning and also Bedrock and to keep pushing forward. I would like to remind parents that students should be checking their google classroom regularly to stay on top of home-learning and should also be completing Bedrock at home in addition to during our Period 1 sessions.

A group of Year 10 students took part in a Jack Petchey 'Speak Out' session last week with Ms Patel which was a fantastic opportunity to develop public speaking skills and confidence. I was able to drop in a few times throughout the day and was so impressed! A huge congratulations to all students who took part, and especially those who made it through to the next round.

Let’s keep working hard for these last couple of weeks and finish strong!
