This evidence based Arthritis Foundation program meets 3 times per week for a total of 18 sessions. This is a walking program designed for individuals with arthritis. This program will also include educational information about arthritis self-management.
Medicare Information and Financial Health Fair

Wednesday, October 2nd 8:30am-12:30pm Vendors will be set up to share information relating to Medicare and financial needs. At 9am, a breakout session will provide information on Medicare; an 11am breakout sessions will provide information on financial matters, including wills, trusts, LTC insurance and funeral pre-planning.

Let’s Make a Holiday Play!
Cost: $15 (Ages 50+)
Thursdays, 1-2:30 pm October 10 –December 5
In this 8-week session, playwright and director Jules Corriere will lead participants in a storytelling game that brings forth stories from their lives. The group will work to develop these stories into scenes they will act out, culminating in creating and performing a oneact holiday play. Senior Foundation Fellowship
is available for qualified participants. Funding for this program is through a Creative Aging Tennessee III Grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.
Wear It Pink

Join us in this fun 3 mile walk to the Tweetsie Trail as we draw awareness to Breast cancer. Meet at the front of the senior service entrance or at the trail head entrance to modify the walk. Wear your pink to support this great cause!
Aging Stereotypes Study

Nina & Pinta Ship Tour

Pirates Voyage Dinner Show
