Foundation News
The Senior Foundation, Inc. – Johnson City would like to invite you to their Second Annual Frank Hawkins Dance, Dancing Under the Stars to be held Friday, June 14, 2024 from 6:00-9:00pm at Memorial Park Community Center. It will feature the Richard Banks Band & Tony Rominger. Tickets are now on sale for $25/person. Tickets can be purchased from a Senior Foundation board member, at the front desks at Memorial Park Community Center or online at: https://myjcparks.recdesk.com/Community/Program. Select the Senior Category to find the program and register. If it’s your first time using RecDesk, you will need to create a user account. Come and dance the night away with the Senior Foundation members.

Champions of the court is for intermediate/advanced pickleball players. There will be 24 slots available each night and you must sign up each Monday night you would like to play. Your starting doubles partner will be randomly selected and you will have a chance to play with other partners. Eight rounds of play will determine the champions of the court for that night. On Monday, May 13 all the champions of the court from the previous weeks will play for the final champions of the court.

Join Acuity Hearing Centers for a painless and fascinating experience where a tiny video camera called a video otoscope is used to look inside your ear. This tool allows the specialist to determine if wax is blocking the ear canal, causing sound to be muffled. You will see all the way to your eardrum on the video monitor!

Drums Alive®
