Realizácia/ Construction: 06. 2003 - 12. 2006 Rozloha/ Area: 25872 m2 Stručný popis územia/ Brief description: Rozadol (Ružová dolina) is new modern district in broader centre of Bratislava, in town region Ružová dolina (in Ružinov). Residential complex is well connected to road network in town, in close distance is located important road Bajkalská street, feeder road is approximately 1,5 km remote. In the surrounding (not further than 300m)is located a bus and trolley bus stop. Complex is polyfunctional, it consists of 9 larger objects, that consist of apartments, offices and amenities, 5 of them have 5 floors with green roofs, 3 of them have 8 floors and they consist of apartments and one has 24 floors with polyfunctional utilization and a pool on the roof. Horizontally is object split into two basic lines of inner block spaces. South line is a system of intimate residential yards with verdure and playgrounds. In the middle there is a line of public accessible inner block spaces, split into smaller urban spaces of specific atmosphere over underground parking lots and technical rooms. The idea of revival of these spaces is supported by diagonally led pedestrian path completed by smaller objects of amenities located freely in the block (restaurant, bars, bookshop, fitness centre…). The biggest advantage of a complex is the layout of buildings so that they create their own courts of semiprivate character. Resident lives in the touch with city centre sufficiency of private even in the outside. All the objects are disabled accessible from the pavement level, inner block and even from underground hall garage. In pedestrian attendance distance from residential complex Rozadol there is a big grocery (200 m), public market place (350 m), swimming pool (350 m), school (150 m) and two music schools(350 m). the biggest administrative centre in Bratislava Apollo is only fewer than 1 km remote. Complex was created in place of brownfield of the first diary and properly complements urban structure by character of residential environment of inner block type as well as urbanity of first floor street front side. Opening of apartment disposition southern, compactness of building and constructional solution of external cladding generates an assumption for energy effectiveness of complex. The density of building is balanced with green areas over the underground garages.
