CALENDAR OF EVENTS June 17 • The annual Children’s Learning Center Night Glow 5K will be held at the Linn Creek Soccer Field. Onsite registration will be held from 6:15-7:45 p.m. with the race starting at 8 p.m. Cost is $30/person by June 6 or $50 after. Business Rte. 5 in Camdenton is having a Friday fish fry from 5-7 p.m. All net proceeds will be donated to Camdenton area charities. Adults $12; Children 11 to 5 $5; Children 4 & under free. 17 & 18 • The Laurie Citywide Yard Sale will begin at 8 a.m. Anyone interested in participating in setting up at the Laurie Fairground is invited and will be included on the city location map. Another session will be held July 16 covering from post-war reconstruction to present day. Children are asked to bring a sack lunch. Games, crafts, demonstrations and speakers are included in the program. 17 & 18 • The City of Laurie will host the city-wide garage sale starting at 8 a.m. 20 • The public is invited to attend a planning meeting for a new chapter of Missouri Right to Life at 5:30 p.m. at Sunrise Bible Church, 17184 N. State Highway 5, Sunrise Beach. The agenda includes the adoption of chapter bylaws, choosing a name for the chapter and planning

Float starts at 10 a.m. and ends about 4 p.m., with equipment drop at 8:30 a.m. at Whistle Bridge. Bring your own gear, food, beverages for the float.
