Innovation | Quality They created their own citrus program, which removed the millions of cubic tonnes of carbon that lemon and limes leave on the environment. It uses local fruit and is entirely sustainable, has almost zero carbon footprint and it is completely organic, live and unpasteurised. They wanted to challenge the industry norms, and how high end cocktails should be made and presented. Be it a bar, restaurant, outdoor festival or a consumer at home, anyone can now have an award winning cocktail in their glass within 30 seconds.
