I grew up on a row crop farm and love to help the hard working farm and ranch families of America. I enjoy hunting and fishing and love to represent properties I would like to own myself. What makes the corner of the world where you work special? The diversity and quality of outdoor recreation that Colorado’s four seasons have to offer is some of the best I have found anywhere in the United States. What are the three most important tools in a ranch broker’s kit? Clean Truck, Cell Phone, Laptop Computer If you could call anywhere on the planet home, where would it be? Why? Windsor, Colorado, because of the climate and strong real estate market. There is no better place on earth to sell real estate. What’s the most profound lesson you’ve learned from the land or its people? There is no substitute for hard work, and as long as you take care of your land, it will take care of you. Internet If you could give one sentence advice about how to live life, what would that be? Start early with 30 minutes of exercise, and win the day by 11:00. Describe your perfect work day. In the office early, tackle my list of daily minimum standards first thing. Spend the remainder of the day being of service to my clients and helping with the day to day operations of the brokerage. What is your most memorable deal to date? There are many; every deal is special in its own way. My most memorable is actually a current listing, the Sitting Bull Monument and Sitting Bull’s remains.
