Where do you live? Uvalde, Texas Where do you work? We currently have listings in over 20 counties in Texas. We are growing our geographic area but specialize in the Hill Country, South Texas and the Gulf Coast. What drew you to ranch and recreational real estate? I always loved land. My Dad was in real estate growing up. The ranch business always fascinated me. What makes the corner of the world where you work special? Texas is so diverse. I am lucky to see as much of it as I do, but the Hill Country north of Uvalde is one of my favorite areas. The amount of beautiful live water is what makes it so special. What are the three most important tools in a ranch broker’s kit? iPad, binoculars, cell phone booster If you could call anywhere on the planet home, where would it be? Why? I am going to stay loyal to Uvalde County. My family and I love it here. It is my wife’s hometown, so we have family here and it is a wonderful place to raise our son. We like small towns! What’s the most profound lesson you’ve learned from the land or its people? Everyone/Everything has a story. Take the time to listen. Listener or talker? Both. If you had one extra hour of time per day, how would you use it? I would spend it with my son. Would you rather be without Internet for a week or your phone? Not even close—without internet If you could give one sentence advice about how to live life, what would that be? Work hard, play hard. Describe your perfect work day. If I am showing ranches, I enjoy showing ranches to friends. So much of my time is spent with strangers, it is nice to spend a day in the truck with good friends.
