Marisol (Mariana Trevino), who is expecting her third child, and her husband Tommy (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) have two young daughters and Marisol refuses to be put off by Otto’s surly ways. She brings him some home-cooked food to introduce her family to him; when he’s rude, she doesn’t take no for an answer. She, her family and a homeless cat slowly make their way into his heart and discover why he has become the man he is. This 2022 film is a remake of the 2015 Swedish film, which was based on the renowned novel “A Man Called Ove” by Fredrik Backman.

RHYTHMS OF LAMBTON – RELIC

Relic is a 5 piece, sixties and seventies cover band that plays classic rock, blues, and a healthy amount of new and old country. Relic formed about 10 years ago to play in a North Lambton Secondary School Rock and Blues Concert. The band wanted to show students what Blues really was and had so much fun that they decided to keep on going. Be prepared to be on your feet dancing and singing along to songs you know!

With a vision and a song, brothers Nolan and Ethan Wilde have set out to make their mark in the music industry. Growing up in Kettle & Stony Point First Nation, Nolan and Ethan were raised on being humble, working for what they got, and a wide variety of good music. Playing a unique style of country roots rock for the past 4 years, the brothers have already found their calling after winning the 2019 NACMAI Country Duo of the Year in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. In 2022, the brothers were nominated for the 2022 Forest City London World Music Group of the Year.

Jessica Platt, the first openly transgender athlete to compete in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League, will share her story. Hear about Jessica’s experience as a kid in hockey, what led her to leave the sport, how she returned to hockey, and her experience as a professional athlete.
