The plan for Suitland community outlines the vision for a 33acre redevelopment project which includes the entirety of the proposed 22 acre Suitland Manor site. A mixed-use, urban town center - where a combination of new offices, a retail and entertainment venue and both high and mid density housing will be developed to form a lively, pedestrian friendly neighborhood.

KING ABDULLAH PROJECT II - SECURITY FORCES COLLEGE CAMPUSES KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
The Saudi Ministry of Interior is consolidating the training of several Institutes, of the national security forces. The training programs will focus on security professionals according to their specific roles and responsibilities. To accomplish this 41 campuses are scheduled to be completed throughout the Kingdom over a three year period. All buildings have been designed using SDM (Standard Design Modules), to facilitate the efficiency of both cost and construction to meet the tight construction deadlines. Saud Consult’s role is to provide Design, Construction Management, Design Review and Programming Services for this 4,355,276 m2 project. Twenty one (21) different types of buildings are to be adapted to 41 different sites corresponding to 11 site prototypes and 134 different buildings.
MAINE STATE CULTURAL BUILDING MASTER PLAN & CONCEPT DESIGN - AUGUSTA, MAINE
This plan outlines changes to be made to the Maine State Cultural Building so that it will meet space needs for the next 25 years and proposes a landscaped area that will link the building with the adjacent State House and the State Office Building. The cultural building houses the Maine State Museum, the Maine State Archives and the Maine State Library, and the master plan is based on extensive work with stakeholders in each facility. Renovations and additions will add muchneeded offices and work areas for staff in addition to providing more space for public use of the three facilities. All will be able to use a 450-seat auditorium and a small cafeteria that will be easily accessed off a new centralized lobby.

ANNE ARUNDEL COMMUNITY COLLEGE CAMPUS MASTER PLAN - ARNOLD, MD
Anne Arundel Community College focuses on the Forensic Sciences and Nursing, located southeastern just off the scenic Atlantic shore line of Arundel Maryland, needed a campus wide master plan that accommodates space needed for a 30 percent growth in enrollment proposed over the next ten years. A participatory planning process involved representatives from all segments of the campus community.

ST. JOSEPH’S COLLEGE OF MAINE CAMPUS MASTER PLAN - STANDISH, ME
Saint Joseph's College of Maine, a small Catholic Liberal Arts College located on the southeastern shore of Sebago Lake, needed a campus wide master plan that accommodates space needed for a 30 percent growth in enrollment proposed over the next ten years. A participatory planning process involved representatives from all segments of the campus community. Studies included a comprehensive needs assessment, classroom utilization study, a throughout site analysis and strategic implementation plan. The plan includes recommendations for new residence halls, improved student life facilities, an expanded library, science and nursing academic space, expanded athletic facilities and the development of visual and pedestrian connections to the lake and campus greens.

Effi Thomas College is on a fast track expansion, to accommodate the overwhelming number of students applications, specifically out-of-state students. A master Plan was prepared to formalize open space and future building locations on this Waterville Maine Campus. Increased dining, athletic facilities and classroom buildings will be added to the campus. The new facilities surround a proposed College Quadrangle, creating a central gathering space for students and faculty and providing an improved image for the College. New and reconfigured parking areas, roads, utilities and landscaping were parts of this Plan.

As a growing campus the goal of this master plan study was to help define the issues and resolve the challenges of a campus that would double its size in the coming years. This campus master plan was an in-depth study that included a campus space needs analysis, a [parking study, and programming of several new buildings and the integration of student housing. A major component of the study was to integrate a new student union, and to create a campus that is envisioned as a lively, vibrant 24 hour day place to live, work, study and live together.

BETHEL STATION MAINE MASTER PLAN & CONCEPT DESIGN - BETHEL, ME
This master plan sets the tone for an initial 60-acre development that will connect Bethel, small scenic Maine town to a nearby ski resort in a way that maintains the turn-of-the-century character of the area. The plan calls for a 130-room hotel, movie theater, restaurants, condominiums, and space for retail and service businesses as well as a passenger rail station carrying vacationers from New York City, Connecticut and Boston the railway line, will be open during ski season. The traditional New England architecture of the buildings and the use of brick sidewalks and historicstyle street lighting help create a look that is in keeping with the vernacular of the town. Relocating part of a state highway as a scenic parkway that meanders along a river also reinforces the values of a small historic town New England town.
