As architect of record, Mimar Architects & Engineers, Inc. discovered and rectified problems with the original design through review and evaluation of previously prepared Design Development Documents and redesigned as necessary.
Animal Services Facility Prince George’s County, MD.
It was a pleasurable experience that we wish to repeat. Mr. Bhatti and his team did a fantastic job on the design. The contract documents were well coordinated and led to a minimal RFIS ...if you are choosing an architect to design your next project, we would highly recommend Kal and the MIMAR team.” -James B.
