Star There are so many examples of how to prepare yourself for an interview, in fact, it should be noted that every candidate for a position adopts his/her individual style. Education and influence have had a profound effect on the way in which interview questions have evolved. Should you be worried? No, not at all since a change in a much broader sense is a positive thing that should be embraced by candidate and business.

Situation - This is stage 1 and really sets the stage for your answer, simply put you need to organize the content for your answer. We can use for example or I can recall a specific occasion when as the introduction to your content. If you are interested to know more about this technique orphaning to look for a new job in the not so distant future, contact me. Activity - This in context means what you actually did rather than what was expected of you. Explained correctly should indicate your work ethic, style of management, approach towards task completion and level of autonomy. Result - I think that this word speaks for itself and should indicate to the HR function exactly what happened as a direct result of the actions that you took. I’m a friend of all things simple particularly methodology since it makes my job easier. Using such a simple structure and applying it in the context of answering interview questions is a preferred approach. If you are already worried don’t be, the only thing that you need to beware of is that your expectations must be realistic. There is absolutely
