Tuition Assistance
Students from various socioeconomic backgrounds were able to benefit from a Christian education.

“The LCA Tuition Assistance program has blessed my family tremendously during this time of a worldwide epidemic.
My son came to me one day two years ago and told me he wanted to go to LCA, but because of my income, I wasn’t sure how I was going to afford it. I’m a single mom raising three boys, so it was going to be a huge expense and I didn’t know where the money would come from. This was not the response my son had hoped for, but he understood.
As he approached his senior year, my son approached me with the same request, and knowing and witnessing these past two years of him hitting a rough point in his life while he attended public school, I thought to myself, ‘What would it hurt just to visit LCA and get more information about it?’ So, during this pandemic period, we did a walk-through and gathered enough information from Mr. Mosley that we felt confident that although we had very little income, there’s nothing that a prayer and God won’t do! So we went home, applied, and manifested on the financial assistance we applied for. Then, about two weeks later, my son was accepted and was awarded an amount that only God can make happen!”

“My son is now attending a school he feels great about, a school where he feels connected, a school that God
Himself has led him to, a school where he can evolve! I thank God for this blessing and the people who helped us during the whole process. LCA is awesome and heaven sent, and I can’t thank the school enough. God is truly amazing! Thank you, LCA Tuition Assistance!”
Christmas Blessing
FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
Benevolence
Almost two years ago, a generous member of our community who asked to remain anonymous gave a substantial gift designated for faculty/staff development and benevolence.
This donation became the seed money for a restricted fund that has enabled LCA to help several employees who experienced financial hardship due to unforeseen medical expenses, home or auto repairs, and other emergencies.
“I’m so blessed to be a part of a community of people who support the worthy servants who use their knowledge, skills, and talents to provide an outstanding Christ-centered education for your children. On behalf of a grateful faculty and staff, thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ by demonstrating the grace of giving (2 Corinthians 8:7).”

Digital Whiteboard in Library
Students patronizing the Lower School Library are enamored of the new interactive whiteboard. Like a giant touchscreen, the board provides the opportunity for students to engage with technology, databases, and books in new ways. The gift of the board set a trend for similar technology to be added to several classrooms. Spanish Immersion Library
More than 400 books and growing! With the addition of the
Spanish Immersion Program came the need for books in Spanish.
The Lower School Library now offers a wide array of them for our young learners to stay fully immersed in their new language.

Sprint Trainer
Cole Eisenmann working out with one of two new sprint trainers.
Sprint trainers are an extension of the weight room and are great for the overall development of an athlete as they improve core, quad & hamstring strength while honing speed and flexibility.
Head Football Coach Scott Smith says, “We are particularly grateful for these two pieces of equipment, especially during this time when we can’t get in the weight room.”
