Boccia/Curling Boccia is sport very similar to bowls with the main objective of getting a ball closer to the jack than your opposition. Games can be played individually, pairs or teams of three. In 1984 it became a Paralympic Sports. Indoor curling is very similar to the actual sport however the stones are on wheels and the target area is closer to participants. Both sports allow for upper body joints and muscles to be used more often. Adaptations can be made to both so both sports are available to all.
