How important are wheeled goods to your business? Wheeled goods are super important to our business. Currently it generates around 60 per cent of our sales. We have a large showroom which houses a huge display or wheeled goods.
Over the years, this product category has notably changed – do you feel that this sector has kept up with consumer trends and evolved to reflect customers wants, needs and desires? I feel this category is constantly evolving. It’s one of the fastest moving markets. There are new designs being launched all the time. They echo the customer’s needs and trends at the moment. What do you feel has seen the highest level of innovation or change over the years within this category? We have seen a huge change in the folding mechanisms of wheeled goods. Especially the stroller market. The consumer is demanding more and more compact and travel friendly design.
How do you display wheeled goods in your store? Our large showroom has lots on display. We are firm believers in trying out purchases especially wheeled goods before purchasing. It helps the customer find the best model to fit their needs.
